If you are looking for a great nail place, look no further! We have been to many places in Surprise and Phoenix over the years. The owner and staff here are truly wonderful. I took my girls and myself to get full sets and pedicures. The prices are very fair and the work and attention to detail is fantastic! Tracy ( the owner) and Jesse did such a great job! We have found our new salon for sure!!!
I called in today for 2 same day appointments and was not disappointed. I spoke to Tracy, the owner, who was able to get us in asap. There was a little slip up by me, since I didn’t explain what we wanted correctly, but the staff was able to accommodate us amazingly! Our nails are exactly what we wanted. We’ll watch them over the next couple weeks for quality, but we’ll likely be making another appointment to go back
Tracey delivers a bad customer service. She rushed me and then done something different to what I presented on the phone. Horrible outcome and pretty expensive. I’ll definitely won’t go back there.
They always do an amazing job with my nails. Fast, friendly and they have techniques that show the years of experience.
We came here every 6 weeks for years. Had 1 dissatisfied experience so we started going to another location. Then came back for convenience. It was great but this last time made me decide NO MORE! The woman was rough, she used a metal tool that she dug into my toenail by the cuticle and it hurt to where I actually said something, she kept cutting at my skin with the cuticle cutters and dug into my toes pulling flesh out. Caused so much pain and swelling. I had to take ibuprofen throughout the day yesterday and today to reduce the pain. woke up at night from radiating pain. Tried walking throughout the day and I cannot take full steps. I am considering going to urgent care to see if it's infection, trauma or both. Update pain still remain after 4 days and when pinched or touched the toe still hurts. Swelling has gone down.
Haylie & Tracy are absolutely amazing!! Not only do they do a fantastic job but they are so genuinely kind and sweet. So glad I found ABC Nails!!

The shop was clean, the techs were very friendly, good service, and only a short wait for walk-ins. This was my first time there and I heard great things about them. My nails looked great! Price was on point! Four stars because my gel tips only lasted a week, although I know I'm very tough on my nails. Either way, I need my nails to make it through my gym workouts and carry me through at least two weeks.
