Es para quejarme :: 1- llegamos reservamos nos dieron cusrto 39 hora después no estaban listos x poco personal
2- regresamos a querer cenar al calentar nuestros alimentos se va la luz en medio cuarto , esperamos 2 hrs para q lo arreglaran mientras tanto tuvimos q proveer comida x fuera(gasto extra ya que llevábamos nuestros alimentos). Para variar la tv no agarran bien wifi , menos los celulares. El conttol de tv no funcionaba Total . La recepción dijo q pasaria a checar nunca lo hiso.
Pero que creen llegamos 30min tarde a dejar l habitación. Y nos salen que nos cargarian $15 dlls mas x tardanza . Como ven el cliente puede tolerar todo y ellos ni un segundo
Aparte q se me olvidó comentarles que no alcanzamos nada desayuno aún faltaba 1 hora para q cerraran lo del desayuno y la señora argumento q se les acabo .

Non-functional lamps, bathroom fan didn't work, dirty floor. Front door lock didn't work either. Not to mention my family and I were singled out and told we would have to leave a card on file for damages. I have no issue with that, I do have an issue with being the only family to be asked to leave our card on file. Other guests weren't asked this because they were "loyal, frequent" guests. I didn't know policies only applied to some people.
Key card didn't work 3 different times. The argumentative clerk accused me of not keeping separation of the key card from my cell phone. She pushed the buttons so fast on the card programmer she obviously was mis-keying the device. I asked her twice to slow down. She just glared at me. Didn't say a word of apology or "Sorry for the inconvenience" The hotel itself looks like a prison. No art on the walls in the room. No amenities. stark and bland. We all go to hotels for an experience. We want to be treated as welcome guests and that they are happy to see us. Not this place. They were happy to see us....leave.

The rooms are a little run down but we only used them to sleep for a few hours from our trip to Mexico. The front desk girl was very friendly and helpful. We booked 2 rooms with cold and whiny kids and she offered extra blankets without having us to ask.
The only thing was we needed coffee/light breakfast at 6 since that’s the time we left and it wasn’t ready until 7am

Hotel is fine, not a 5 stars but is good enough, and that person that said have bedbugs, is not bed bugs in the hotel. That guy is the disgusting bug, for been disrespectful with the front desk lady he was kicked out of the hotel, my husband see you using bad lenguage to the lady, and he report you to the manager, thats why you are upset. the hotel is good and the staff is friendly. Bud no body of the personnel have to tolerated disrespect from any guest.
