Just had the worst experience. I’ve tried this salon a few times and each time I’m there I get the worst* service and horrible paint job. I was even nice and brought in cookies from Julie’s Sweete Shoppe because I had a dozen leftover smiley cookies which they took but did not even say thank you.
I asked to see the pedicure menu at least 4 times and the lady just said “ya ya ya” and continued to start on my toes. Also, I asked for my legs not to be scrubbed because I have self tanner on and didn’t want it to come off and be patchy. She said she understood and then proceeded to scrub my legs.. very unprofessional and so rushed. Every other lady that was getting a pedicure was in there before I even arrived and I was the first one to leave, if that tells you anything. Paid $50 and didn’t even get rubbed with lotion and my paint job is very poorly done. That was my last time trying this place and I do not recommend it to anyone unless you want to feel very rushed.
They do a good job with pedicures and nails. Get there early or waiting can be excessive. We have waited with our feet in water for over an hour till water was cold. Then they finally started. But great jobs with wife's nails and my pedicure.
Couldn’t say anything bad about Hanna! Love this place it’s my favorite the service is perfect.. the massage chairs are a nice treat while getting mail done
There is nobody else I would trust to do a better job with my nails!! Always have had a great experience with them, sometimes there is a bit of a wait I will admit, but definitely worth it in the end :)
Hannah and her ladies are always a pleasure. I've never had a bad experience. The place is always busy so you might have to wait, but it's definitely worth it. Highly recommend.
This place was great. I got a pedicure and my nails done and it was 95 which to me was a good deal compared to other places I have been. Wait was long even if you make an appointment. So if they tell you a time make sure you are prepared to wait.
My favorite nail salon. All of the employees are kind and talented. They are always busy because they are so good at what they do. Never wait too long. No appointment needed. Just go and be happy that you did.
The people and service there was amazing..It was a birthday treat from my granddaughter loved my pedicure..YES I'll go back
