Horrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone even if that’s your only option in Kerman. Went on numerous occasions to see beer bottles scattered around the shop, took my 6 year old, and while we were waiting for a haircut multiple barbers were cursing with no respect that a kid was there, needless to say we took our business elsewhere. Def not somewhere to take your kids to, and don’t know how this place is still in business.
2 out of the 3 times I’ve gone have been bad haircuts. Not returning or recommend.

Got a really good haircut and it was only 25 dollars
The one star is not rating there ability to do good cuts. They are pretty good at it but there customer service & ethics are non existent. Even if you have an appointment, expect to spend at least 2 hrs in there. I can not imagine if you go as a walk in. 95% of the time some one is drinking alcohol. I don't know how that business is still running.

I don't write many reviews on Google, but I just could not let their professionalism in this establishment stand.
I was skipped several times, twice to be exact. Customers came in and started to chat with the only barber there, in the area where he was cutting hair. They got seen before me. What is upsetting is that another customer came in and the barber told the customer that I was next. However, he instead decided to cut his last friends hair before mine. There were two people before me, then it became 4 people ahead of me.
This establishment lacks professionalism. They lied to me and the customer that came in and there were alcohol bottles visible on the counter where they work. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
I will stick to my friend, at least he has the decency to tell me if I can't be seen.

Don't bother just walking in because you won't be attended. They only take care of their friends and don't care at all so better not show up. ONLY TAKE CARE OF FRIENDS NOT CLIENTS THAT COME TO WASTE TIME WAITING. AS WELL IF U HAVE an APPOINTMENT THEY WON'T TAKE U IF THEY DON'T U UNTIL THEY FINISH WITH REGULAR CLIENTS!
