First time there yesterday & loved it, the lady that braided my hair did an amazing job!!! She braided quite fast as well, I will visit again...
The worst braiding experience I've EVER had. I frequently used this location every 8 weeks for knotless braids/feed-ins and never encountered a problem before today. I asked for a knotless braid bob and showed photos before and during the braiding process ,when I noticed the hairstyle did not look like the photos I had previously shown, I asked the braider to stick to the style that was provided which she assured me she was! The hairstyle was terrible and began unraveling when I got home. The braiders were EXTREMELY RUDE throughout the whole process and the manager was uncooperative, to say the least. AVOID GOING HERE.
rama's customer service is ok until you text her telling her that your hair is a mess - then she won't respond. her braiders are lazy & do your hair how they want to. the salon is hot, only 3 chairs , the bathroom is disgusting. i will never come here again.
Great Place to get your hair done! They always have a pleasant attitude, not only makes your hair looks good but the place is comfortable also????
My first time for my girls and I was a smooth and comforting experience. Staff was friendly and professional. The result of our hair styles were exclusive!!!!
If you’re looking for perfection schedule your appointment. You won’t be disappointed.
Sincerely,
Mom and her girls
This hair gallery is the worst that I have been too every. They’re not professional at all and will disrespect the customers by setting appointments and showing up late and also taking walk-in customers before the appointment clients. The owner is very unprofessional and have staff who really don’t know what they’re doing. I took my daughters to get their hair braided and it’s now been 2 1/2 weeks and my daughters braids are coming out or slipping and unraveling. I paid a total of $400 and the owner Rama asked for the money before the job was finished and left and didn’t stay to check the work of her braiders. I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop. The worst and I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in the services when I paid so much money.
This is the worst hair braiding place I have been to. I was denied 2 styles that I wanted and when I gave in and got a different style it was awful. When I spoke to the stylist about it she became upset and began to yell. I asked her to fix a simple issue with a part in my hair. She began to pull my hair and did her very best to make sure I was uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere.
Ramas was nice enough to fit me in last minute.Once I arrived, there was already a customer in the chair who kept complaining that her hairstyle was taking way to long.Mind you she was getting 6 feed in braids. The braider didn't feel comfortable about one of the braids so she did it over. She messed up not once but twice on the same braid. This was my time to leave but I didnt. To make a long story short, the braider moves entire slow and take to long doing a style. When you are in the salon you can not see any imperfections until you get outside.Once I got outside,I saw that my hair wasn't tuck. The cornrows are large enough for my hair not to show so how does this happens?I texted Rama and no responce.DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON.It seems like the longer it is in business, the service gets worser.
