Quick Facts About PEOPLES' CUTS

PEOPLES' CUTS place has several strengths that are evident through the comments provided. One of the strengths highlighted is the clean and friendly atmosphere of the establishment. Customers consistently mention the positive and casual ambiance, making it an enjoyable place to spend time and money. This indicates that the staff at PEOPLES' CUTS place prioritize maintaining a welcoming environment for their customers.
Additionally, the quality of the barbers is consistently praised in the comments. Many customers mention that the barbers are skilled and knowledgeable, providing excellent haircuts. The fact that PEOPLES' CUTS place has bilingual barbers who can communicate fluently in both Spanish and English is also a strength, as it allows them to cater to a larger customer base and provide a more inclusive experience.
Another strength mentioned is the availability of female barbers who are highly skilled in their craft. This inclusion of female barbers is commendable as it breaks gender stereotypes in the field and provides customers with options based on their personal preferences. The positive feedback regarding the barbers suggests that they are an asset to the establishment and contribute to a positive customer experience.
On the other hand, PEOPLES' CUTS place has several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One significant weakness is the state of the parking lot. Customers mention that it needs a drastic makeover, indicating that it is poorly maintained and potentially inconvenient for visitors. This could be a deterrent for potential customers who value easy and accessible parking facilities.
Another weakness mentioned is the outdated and ripped magazines available for customers. This may indicate a lack of attention to detail and could potentially give a negative impression to customers. Additionally, the comment about the drinks being hidden suggests a lack of transparency in terms of offering refreshments to customers. These small issues could be seen as a lack of consideration for customer comfort and satisfaction.
Another significant weakness highlighted in the comments is the lack of acceptance of debit or credit card payments for haircuts. This can be inconvenient for customers who do not carry cash and prefer the convenience and security of card payments. It may also limit the customer base, as potential customers may opt for another establishment that offers card payment options.
Furthermore, the comments raise concerns about the long waiting times at PEOPLES' CUTS place. While the barbers are highly regarded for their skills, the extended waiting time of over two hours is considered excessive and not worth the wait for some customers. Additionally, the comment about appointments being required but not improving efficiency suggests a lack of organization and time management within the establishment.
Another issue raised is the alleged favoritism in calling customers for their turn, with some customers feeling overlooked despite arriving earlier. This can create a perception of unfairness and may lead to disgruntled customers. The comment about a barber taking a $5 tip without providing the change back also raises concerns about integrity and professionalism.
In conclusion, PEOPLES' CUTS place has several strengths, including a clean and friendly atmosphere, skilled barbers, and inclusivity. However, there are also weaknesses to address, such as the poor state of the parking lot, outdated magazines, lack of card payment options, and long waiting times. These weaknesses can impact the overall customer experience and should be addressed by the establishment to improve customer satisfaction.

Clean, friendly, causal atmosphère always à wonderful expérience; the Parking lot needs à drastic makeover; other than that à good place to spend my money
This was my first time coming here, I was a little worried because I didn't know the barbers and I generally had a bad experience with barbers around the area. I was able to make an appointment and so my experience was great. Got and A-grade fade from Danny, who knew what he was doing and also got it done within a reasonable time. This is now my go-to spot for haircuts.
They have good barbers there. Very friendly. The place itself can use some updating, or moving around. I love the fact that they have bilingual barbers (Spanish/English) and 2 female barbers (both cut very well). However, they don't take debit/credit card for cuts. Drinks were hidden, and Magazines are pretty old and ripped. Not sure if they haf wi-fi. But, like I mentioned the barbers are all good. So close your eyes, get the cut, and then roll out. ;)
I would not recommend this barbershop. The barber who cuts African American hair whose last make starts with an M did not do a good job. He cut my child's head in many spots. He left with hair all over his shirt, his face, in his ears and on his neck. I've never had this happen before. After washing at home his hair did not look like he had a fresh cut. I will not be returning. Very disappointing.
They are great with little kids too. My son looks so handsome
Large Latino following. Some staff speak Spanish (HABLAMOS ESPAÑOL). But will cut all hair and does have a barber who cuts African American hair. Currently, appointments are required. But they change their name to TORTUGA because they are slow. Even with on time appointments they are still slow. If you're late they won't take you. But it doesn't speed up the process. My friends show loyalty, but customer service doesn't seem important to them.
It takes forever to get a cut here. I admit these are some of the best barbers around but honestly it isn’t worth waiting over 2 hours. Specially when you know you’ve been there first and they just call up whoever they like. You write your name down and look at it later to find other names after you crossed out. The black guy took over an hour to cut my hair and the fade wasn’t even that good, he still messed it up because he doesn’t know how to work with long hair. Oh yea and he straight up took a $5 tip. Didn’t give me the change back just took the whole $20. Eddie is honestly the best one there but the other two women are great and super friendly.
I liked that it was pretty spacious. Barbers seemed nice and respectful. I made an appointment, showed up and got my cut right away.
