Literally the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, I was asked to sit in the pedicure chair, so I did. The water was so hot I couldn’t put my feet down. One lady adjusted it a few times, it was just still so hot. I understand it’s kind of hard to adjust water to the perfect temp sometimes.

By the time I could actually tolerate the water, it was super cold, but there was no one free to ask to adjust it. And I already felt like it in convinced them. I hadn’t picked a nail color yet because I was asked to automatically sit down when I stepped in the door. The nail tech seemed like it bothered them. I told 2 techs that I’m getting married and I was having a hard time choosing a color and I repeatedly asked for help or opinions. I told them a color scheme. I just decided on a color simply because I didn’t want to take up their time. After my toes were done, I went to the manicure chair. The tech was already set up for SNS, but I told the tech that I was sorry and wanted to go with gel as long as they have the color. You could tell it ticked her off that I changed my mind. I had already stated that I was having a tough time deciding and asked for help.

I saw the tech’s nails and saw that her color was exactly what I was looking for! I told her that it was perfect and asked if they could do that for mine. They said yes. When they began painting, I said I’m so glad I saw your nails. They said “all you had to do was ask.” I stated that I already asked 2 techs and they couldn’t help me.

After she was done and I paid, I got in my car and realized one of my nails was a little jagged and went back in to see if they could file it a little more. They rolled their eyes and said “well you broke a nail” I said, “oh, I just wanted it to be shaped like the rest of them if it’s possible.” She lightly filed and that was it. I was really upset with the overall experience.

Not to mention, it’s 2 hours later and my toes are still not dry? I just found out the hard way, 3 of my toes are already messed up.

I have never felt so terrible for asking questions and like I inconvenienced the staff for asking for guidance.

Loan is so terrific! I never know what I want to do with my nails, so I let her do her magic and I'm NEVER disappointed! Best nail salon in Saraland.

We are travelers and I just happened to pop in to treat my self to manicure and pedicure. The staff is very friendly and they talked with me the whole time. Which has never happened at any of the salons I have visited. I thurly enjoyed my time there and I will be back again when were in town.

Got my nails done to treat myself for my birthday and they ended up coming out even better than the picture I showed the lady !! I love them. You can tell she took her time to perfect them and I will definitely be coming back whenever i’m in town.

Have had 500 SNS manicures. I drove from Citronelle because I have had good service here before. When I questioned the person doing my manicure about unusual techniques she was using, she replied this was her way of doing the process on multiple parts of the manicure. Poor quality, my nails are all different shapes, clear with different finish on each nail. Does not look like SMS. No white base dip layer. I did not want my nails done her way and drew my hands back several times. Customer is always right, should have listened to me.

They did an amazing job on my nails. Also best pedicure in town. The best customer service around. Extremely clean everytime I come in. I love this place.
