I called to see if they took walk-ins. I was looking for a place that my daughter and myself could into last minute. They said yes so we left and went right there. The staff was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I had went once last year to this location and had one of the best pedicures I’d ever had. I would definitely recommend this place as far as a pedicure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In my book. ????????

This is how your nails will look after two days!! I don’t know what has happened with this place but they are officially the worst place in Greeneville now!! Horrible service to top it off!!

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO!

Never once compared lengths to each hand. Never once asked if I was happy with how it was progressing. Every single nail is lopsided. Gunk all under the tips. Rubbed my hand bones so hard I had to tell him "ow that's my bone". I can't get the sns off my skin around my nail area. I could go on and on. Literally cried as soon as I got to my car afterwards it's so bad.

Nice people, but not quality work. Gel finish is lumpy, there are ridges that should have been filed to prevent chipping, and I asked for black with dark purple iridescent coating...I got blue with iridescent coating. I told her I didn't like the color that it was supposed be black during her painting them and she kept painting the wrong color. My first and last time here.

Does not speak English or understand it well! Had to tell her 15 times what I wanted and what colors and they still look like garbage! One day and my gel polish is peeling up. They are uneven and sloppy.She will never touch my hands again!! Wherever you are Rachel from Q nails please come home soon!

Took my grandbaby here to get her Christmas on. She loved it

I’m new to the area and looking for a new nail tech. I saw the pictures online and thought this place would be a good spot to try. I was wrong!

Horrible service. The lady made one of my fingers bleed when she was trying to shape my nails after the dip. She had to redo the dip process multiple times after she should have been done. My nails look like I let my child paint them. Very uneven.

I never even received an apology for making my finger bleed. She just started speaking a different language to the man next to her. I know they were talking about me. Very unprofessional and I’m not sure where the pictures online came from but clearly nothing this lady did.

I Do Not recommend this nail salon unless you want to waste your money
