I love the way Joann takes her time to make sure my nails are done correctly. She gives great suggestions and advice when it comes to my nails. Even though she's been doing my nails for a few months, I will never go to another shop.

I read all the great reviews about this nail salon so I decided I would give them a try. I was looking for a new salon due to my SNS consistently cracking at a previous salon. I called and spoke to Joanne and let her know about the issue. She told me to come in to show her my nails. I came in a few days later and spoke to Halle. I showed her the cracked nails and asked her questions about it, such as how to prevent it, what could have caused it, how much she would charge, etc…it started off well, but then I could tell that Halle became agitated with me asking so many questions. I said I would go ahead and schedule an appointment and I would like to schedule with her for 2 weeks later. She reused to allow me to schedule with her and told me I could schedule with another tech. Based upon the reviews, I wanted her. I find it hard to believe that she had not even one opening at anytime of the day for two straight weeks. I agreed to see another tech and asked if I could be their first Appointment of the day. She scheduled me at 9:15 so I asked if I would be first or if someone else would be before me at 9. She got an attitude with me and said, I just told you, you would be the first appointment. Since they open at 9, I wasn’t sure so I asked. I ended up saying nevermind, just cancel it because of Halles terrible attitude. It seems like you would be happy to have new customer. Please work on your customer service skills! There are too many nail salons to choose from to even consider spending my money at one where I’m going to be spoken to that way and treated as if I am a bother.

This was my first visit. It was a quiet & clean atmosphere. Pauline was wonderful. The prices were very reasonable. I think I've found my new "nail" home! ❤️

This is the very best nail salon. Halle has been doing my nails for the past 2 years and she's wonderful. Every time I get my nails done my husband wants to see them. The other day he said "If Halle ever moves away, you might as well just stop having nails because no-one else could make you happy." On top of all the nail techs doing great work, there is a great friendly, fun atmosphere. I had visited several other nail salons before finding this one. But now I'm "home". I want go anywhere else, ever.

I just had my nails done here for the first time. My best experience at a nail salon ever. Definitely coming back! Super friendly staff too!

I love the way Haley does my nails. I get a lot of great compliments on them. I even listen to ppl saying that it's hard to find someone that can truly do great coffin nails. Thanks Haley for the great work.
