I made an appointment after reading reviews and because my previous nail place had fewer and fewer choices in traditional colors. Even though I have been a walk-in customer for years I tried the appointment routine at Heavenly Nails, and found that an appointment does mean you are taken to the chair at your appointed time! And have gotten the absolute best pedicure I have ever had. With many choices of colors. Rock Star business.

I made the mistake of going to another place closer to my work, but I won't do that again. Heavenly Nails is always affordable but their services are well worth three times more. I get SNS done here. I spend about 35% of my days with my hands in water, my nails never lift, the nail bed is healthy and they LAST.

It us a small shop. 2 nail techs, so hard to get in, but they do great work. Great products and amazing execution and skill.

I went here(Nail City Haw river, NC) for my birthday 2/22/22, treated myself. There was only one employee in the store. I had a pedicure, manicure and lashes all done by her and I was very satisfied, She told me the lashes should last for 2 weeks as long as you take care of them, no rubbing eyes etc. however they began to come off on 2/24. I called and she stated I must've rubbed my eyes. I replied no I never rubbed my eyes. She refused to give me a refund, but later said if I purchased another set the most they'll take off would be $10. I wasn't to pleased with that and I will not purchase any more lashes at this establishment..I would've given 5 stars and more customers if she would've refunded me.. Remember happy Customer better business.(Sorry this was at Nail City in Haw river North Carolina)

I live close by and decided to give this place a try. I was a walk in so I had to wait a little bit before being seen but it was well worth the wait and now I see and understand why the have such a high rating. But if you are in a hurry I definetly recommend setting up an appointment and being there on time for your appointment.

I went in to get a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and chin wax. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a very welcoming, inviting, and homely environment. When it was my turn for services I didnt feel rush or like they were doing a rush job (like at some other places). They listen and do what you want to be done (as far as cutting my nails done to were I wanted and waxing my eyebrows to arch how I like them) so I appreciated that.

They list all there prices near wear u pick out polish so there is no hidden fees and you know in advance how much extras like designs cost. As well as there prices are very reasonable and affordable. I will absolutely be back every 2 weeks. Absolutely enjoyed my experience. The staff really knows there stuff and care about you and making you feel completely happy about youe services.

Always on time for appointments, always accommodating for my crazy nail requests.

I can't deny, they do great work.. &reasonably priced (SNS only $25). Yet I live 25 minutes away. I use to call to see what time would they open. And I would always arrive 10-15 minutes before. Yet, once I arrive, their shop is full. Then the same lady who picked up the phone says we'll well we sometimes open our doors early. So I have to wait 2+ hrs. It isn't fair nor is it good for business. I looked online and it says they don't accept appts fri- through Sunday... How I called today (Sunday) she they said they'd open at 12. So I get there at 11 and someone is already in her chair. When I questioned, they say well she had an appt. It's extremely confusing and frustrating. I've stop going due to that alone. Not enough tech for their clients and misleading information leads to extremely long waits and unhappy individuals.
