Quick Facts About Grin N Bare It
Grin N Bare It place appears to have a mix of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. In the following analysis, we will examine both sides and provide a comprehensive view of the salon.
Starting with the strengths, several customers praised the peaceful environment and the overall positive experience they had at Grin N Bare It place. One commenter mentioned going there for years without ever leaving dissatisfied or disappointed. This suggests that the salon has a track record of providing good service and satisfying their clients. Additionally, another customer highlighted the fact that it is a family-owned and operated salon, which may imply a more personal and attentive approach to customer service.
On the other hand, there are some significant weaknesses that should be addressed. A common complaint among customers was the issue of pricing and the value they received for their money. One customer was charged $100 for a simple medium-length nail service, which they felt was too expensive. It's important for the salon to reassess their pricing strategy to ensure that it aligns with the quality of service provided.
Another significant weakness highlighted was the lack of professionalism and skill exhibited by some of the staff members. One customer expressed disappointment in the nail designer's inability to meet their grandchild's nail design request. This lack of skill and understanding of customer preferences is a severe weakness that Grin N Bare It place should address immediately. Additionally, there were complaints about rushed service, uneven nail filing, and poor cuticle cleaning, which further emphasize the lack of attention to detail and lack of skills among staff members.
Another issue that arose from the comments was the lack of customer prioritization and poor customer service. One customer shared their dissatisfaction with being made to wait while the salon attended to another customer who came in after them. This type of behavior can be detrimental to a business and detracts from the overall customer experience. Additionally, some customers felt that regular clients were given preferential treatment over new or infrequent ones, which is not a good practice for customer retention and satisfaction.
Lastly, there were complaints regarding the durability of the services provided. One customer expressed their dissatisfaction with the SNS nails, stating that they split and broke within days of getting them done. This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the quality of products used or the technique employed by the salon. It is crucial for Grin N Bare It place to ensure that their services are long-lasting and meet the expectations of their customers.
In conclusion, while Grin N Bare It place has some strengths, such as a peaceful environment and positive experiences from long-term customers, it also has significant weaknesses that require attention. The salon needs to address the issues of high pricing, poor professionalism, lack of attention to detail, and customer prioritization. By rectifying these weaknesses, Grin N Bare It place has the potential to improve its overall reputation and enhance customer satisfaction.

It was a peaceful environment not crowded at all. But they charged me $100 for simple medium length nails. I asked for Matte nails polish. The matte was not even updated. My nails are shiny as ever which matte is not suppose to be.
I am so disgusted, LITERALLY! My grandchild went to the nail salon yesterday and the man acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. Sir, you’re supposed to be a professional nail designer but you acting like you can’t just do her nails how she want them?! Im disappointed and really embarrassed. Also because I been there to get my nails done for over a year. You just lost a loyal customer. Goodbye.
I have been going here for years. I never leave dissatisfied or disappointed. Always a very good experience.
Very poor service today she started to rush when other clients came in ...didn’t use footfile during pedi ..left some of my previous polish on corners ..during mani only used water no cuticle remover then put lots of oil on to smooth cuticles because I didn’t want the drill on my natural nails .
When I arrived I was told not asked to wash my hands. Even though I had no appointment I sat and waited to be taken care of. While sitting a woman came in and was addressed and taken care of before me. The worker stopped what she was doing with another customer and took care of the woman who came in after me. This is not how to run a business I didn't like the way I was treated and will not patronize this established
I got SNS done on my nails and I loved them but within 4 days 3 or 4 of my nails had split and I got them “fixed” and then 2 days after that they split again and about 2 days later they started breaking off! I’m very unsatisfied with this place all this has happened in 2 weeks time. After getting them fixed the first time the guy told me not to worry about getting them fixed bc I’m gonna change it in a couple weeks. I really pissed me off because I paid $35 for this just break days later. I don’t recommend this place.
Best nail & pedicure salon! Family owned & operated. Treat the customers with the utmost care. I have been a client for years!!
Over all service 1 Star. Older Lady half did my pedicure, I had to get her to go back over multiple times to clean my cuticles (which she still didn’t do a good job on) and scrub my feet. She told me she didn’t know how to apply gel polish on my toes and handed me off to another woman who was very rude and filed my toe nails uneven. After I pointed it out to her she brushed me off and started on another customer while making me wait on another gentleman to do my nails. At this point I had not received any level of service worth the $60 pedicure job I was about to pay for. The gentleman acts as if he could careless about my certains he did my nails and did not act apologetic towards my situation at all when showing him my uneven half done pedicure. I was charged full price for everything and not given an apology I’m new to this nail shop and definitely don’t recommend it all together I spent $130 and I don’t feel like any of my money was worth my time or the service. They had 4 workers so it was no excuse for rushing half service or rude employees. Good luck with this shop, clearly customer service is NOT KEY and I wouldn’t recommend it at all because no one cares about what makes you the customer happy if you aren’t a “regular”.
