I’ve been going to Stella for years, she is kind and friendly. She is patient with my hair because I don’t keep up with it, I recommended many people to her place because she is great at what she does.

They got my natural hair 100% straight and it looks awesome. The actual hair care part could use more work when washing, conditioning and combing through hair but I understand they do not specailize in natural hair so they get a thumbs up from me.

Horrible service. I left this place with my hair temporarily ruined. The stylist does not know how to color hair. Never apologized and just made excuses for why my hair did not come out as it should have. She also soaked the back of my shirt completely when she washed my hair and never apologized. Instead, she just said ‘omg’ when she noticed and pretended to try and dry it for 2 whole seconds. She also got a dab of bleach on my eyebrow from bleaching my hair which turned part of my eyebrow blonde when my eyebrows are dark brown.

I brought my own semi permanent dye because I knew they wouldn’t have the color I needed. After my hair color was ruined and after she made excuses, she showed me a brand she recommended which was manic panic which I am familiar with and used it before but did not like it. She told me to drive to Sally’s and go get the dye so she could finish my hair like I would really want to go anywhere in public with my hair ruined and looking the way it did. And like I would let her touch my hair again. She claims the brand I had was the reason my color did not come out correctly which is funny because the previous stylist I went to who actually introduced the brand to me, used it on me twice and the color came out BEAUTIFUL. I also received many compliments!! I’ve had this color for almost a year. The brand is Adore which is not even that much cheaper than manic panic.

The only reason I didn’t go to the previous stylist who did my hair was because she moved to a different location and i unfortunately didn’t find her until after I came to whatever this place is supposed to be.

I never take this much time and effort to write a review but this was completely ridiculous and Unprofessional!!

For the record I left humiliated. I went home, put a hat on and went to buy the adore brand that I came there with. I went back home and dyed my own hair and it came out perfect!! The color I currently have in my hair is a pretty shade of purple and I love it. My hair needs to be bleached because my hair is dark and the color won’t take otherwise. I then use a semi permanent dye to dye it. The color is violet gem.

I edited my original review to explain in more detail after her extremely rude response which was another lie and excuse. Her response is no surprise there.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. Beware. Proceed to this salon at your own risk. And based off other reviews on here I’m not the only one who has felt this kind of way coming here.

I just want to say thank you to all the wonderful ladies at this salon. They have brought my hair to the best condition it has ever been. Very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair. I recommend Stella's solon to everyone who compliments my hair and intrested in who takes such amazing care of me. Thank you again to all the beautiful and kind ladies at this establishment!

I have came to this salon on two occasions, first one was fine. Shop was in pooor condition. On my second visit, I previously had a ponytail styled hair that required a lot of wax that was gonna be alil hard to wash out. The nice younger lady washed my hair and I was sent to Maria. She did not have a mask on, she was on FaceTime sitting the phone up putting me in and mocking my hair. Her blow dryer had smoke coming from it then halfway stated “ we need to wash this again”. She was very rough, still no mask. Then after I asked if she could turn her blower down if she’s gonna have to re-dry it. She said no. So she said the best option for me was to sit under the dryer with rollers I told her that was fine. The dryer had smoke coming from it, extremely hot, and I was under for a very long time. She took me out and took the rollers out. She then tried to blow dry my hair again but more smoke was coming out and I asked her if she could turn it down since I have more natural, kinky hair. She got so upset and started yelling and waving the blow dryer around saying “ we use heat here if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else”. So I told her I’m fine ill just pay, remaining calm, I asked her how much and paid and she got very unprofessional stating rude comments and I told her she was being very rude and unprofessional. I walked out saying “woooow” and she chased behind me saying comments as I was walking out yelling and cussing and stood outside waiting for me to pull off. Salon is not worth the hair damage or time.

They are very professional and they do hair awesome

I called to set an appointment for my 5 year old daughter for 11:30, got there she told me 30 more minutes. I said okay fine. We didnt have to wait too long to get her hair ready to be washed so that was good. The products they use for washing and conditioning seems as if it drys your hair out plus she got a deep conditioner still didnt feel as silky as it should have been. Id recommend bringing your own hair care products if you choose this salon to do your hair. My daughter was uncomfortable the whole time bc they had 2 pillows underneath her and she kept sliding. When it was time to do the actual hair I told the hair stylist that this was my daughter's first time ever getting her hair done from a salon so please be a bit more gentle and I'd expect that bc she is a little girl. My daughter kept complaining that she was hurting and burning her and at some point she was in tears bc of it. However it came out good but next time I will take her to a salon I use all the time I just couldnt go this time only bc it was last min and they werent open today. Btw she also got a trim. So for a wash deep conditioner straighten and a trim she charged me $60 I think she make their prices up as they go so if youd ask me id only go back if its a last min kinda thing but thats it
