My wife and I have been using 9 Spa Nails every 3 weeks for our manicures and pedicures since the day they opened . . We have never, and I’ll emphasize the word NEVER , had a bad experience. In fact the service, cleanliness and professionalism is exemplary. I’m an 82 year old male and a military veteran who has had pedicures all over the world . I’ve had bad pedicures, good pedicures and great pedicures. Nine Spa Nails has ALWAYS been Excellent.
I had originally come in on a Monday and by Friday realized I wasn't as happy with my nails as I wanted to be and came in then Saturday to see if I could get them fixed and with no hassle Steve instantly said yes to fixing them and leaving me very happy with my nails. I left with exactly what I wanted! This business is supper friendly and work to make their customers happy! I live about 40 minutes away but will continue to travel here when I want my nails done!
This is my second visit there, the lady Van Lee did a manicure gel, I had to come back to fixed two nails and she was complaining all the way and did a bad job again! The first time I went there KY did an amazing Job, also the gentleman at the front desk is Super nice! That’s why I gave three stars but she deserves one.
I had a pedicure in November of 2021. I got a severe fungus when i went back in January to have gel pedicure removed. I had never had one before. Fast forward to today. I have had to have my nail removed twice because of the fungus. Today I have another severe infection! It is never ending and painful! Never go to 9 Nails! This was my first and last pedicure ever!!!!
I always go to this nail spa and today I was highly disappointed! I went in to get a cute Valentine’s Day set of healthy nails with tips. The nail tech seemed very rushed and my nails are extremely crooked as well as the design doesn’t look like the photo I showed him the French tip design is crooked. I’m very disappointed as I go here often. I can’t seem to add the photo of my nails????
I walked in to get a pedicure. No one even looked my way for a few minutes. I was told to pick a polish for a pedicure and go to the back. I did so and, again, was not acknowledged by anyone. After a few minutes, I spoke and was told to sit anywhere.
I selected a chair and looked around. There were used cotton balls on the floor along with nail clippings. The place was filthy.
Someone ran over to turn the water on and left without saying a word. The water was cold. After 5 minutes, I decided to leave. No one cared.
Just a word of caution, cleanliness is extremely important in a nail salon to avoid any problems. I will never return to this salon.

The first time I went, Ivan did my nails and they came out great. I talked to him about getting special designs. The main thing I appreciated about him was that he told me he would be honest about the ones he could and could do because he wanted them to turn out great. He’s an increditable talented nail artist. My mistake, when I went back I hadn’t maDe an appointment with him and another woman ended up doing my nails. I asked for basically the same thing I had before, and she couldn’t do it and instead of being honest she kept making excuses. She then passed my nails off to another woman, who similarly, couldn’t do what I asked. I told them to then just do regular dips so that it was simple and they would still look good. They refused and continued to try to attempt the design they were clearly incapable of making. I then asked if Ivan or someone who could do it was available but they told me I should have made an appointment with him if I wanted them to look like that, putting the blame on me. I would have made an appointment had I known that there was such a wide difference between skill sets of the employees. Rather than suggesting a different solution,they continued to do my nails and tried to convince me of how good they looked when I already told them that was not at all whT I wanted. I only gave 3 stars because of Ivan, so if you go request him. The other girls would be a one star. Complete lack of care for the client’s satisfaction and horrible professionalism.
