Went today for the first time and I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it. The place is quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed the spa music playing. Ally did a GREAT job on my pedicure. Great attention to detail and not rough on your feet. The staff is excellent and friendly. I found my new place!

Family Nailsis the best place I’ve ever been to have my nails done. I’ll be a customer for life! Their pedicures are top notch. They give the best leg massages with the deluxe pedicure. I always get a dip manicure. It doesn’t chip & it lasts.
This salon has gone downhill since Mimi left. I went in today to get a pedicure and I was cut twice in the same spot. He said he was sorry which I’m happy that he did. However, when I went to pay I asked the manager if he could take something off the bill due to the fact that I was cut. He went to talk to the person who did my pedicure and came back with an attitude and asked me what I wanted to pay. I said $25 (the full price was $30). He then proceeded to tell me that’s fine but to not come back to the salon anymore. I asked why and he said he never had anyone ask this before. He had broken English but was saying he didn’t believe me. I had already showed him and the nail tech admitted he cut me. He said if I didn’t like the service don’t tip but was appalled that I asked for money off. I was polite about it never got mean or nasty about it so he could have just said no to money off and suggest no tip. But he decided somehow this was my fault and he told me not to come back. I’m still trying to process this as i am in shock. I told since Mimi left this place isn’t the same and I’ve never been treated like that before. So I’d stay far away from this place! Terrible customer service!!
