Dipped powder manicure ripped off within a week. The good: I was visiting from out of town and hadn't had time to get my nails done before traveling. (I get dipped powder manicures at my home salon every two weeks.) I called Lotus at opening, and they were able to accommodate my daughter and me the same morning that I called. My 11yo daughter bites and picks at her nails. The sweet lady who worked with her was both good with children and managed to make my daughter's terrible nails look much better than I thought possible. The bad: A new-to-the-salon lady did my manicure. There was obviously a problem with one of the clear brush-on liquids (whatever they brush on before each layer of dipping the nails), and the powder adhered in clumps. There was some discussion between the nail tech and the lady I assume was the manager/owner about cleaning the brush vs continuing and making do. (The women spoke in a language that I do not know, so I couldn't follow, just interpreted the gist.) Ultimately the nail tech carried on and made do with what must have been a challenging situation. Unfortunately, the manicure didn't hold up at all. This photo was taken exactly 8 days after my visit. Again, I get dipped powder manicures every two weeks, so I started with all of my nails being equally grown out and shaped like my ring finger. The acrylic ripped off of two nails completely. It cracked at the tips of the other two, and I had to file the edges smooth enough to quit snagging on things until I could fly home and get repairs at my home salon. Only one nail of my right hand broke off, but I was using used that hand to take the photo of my left.
Absolutely loved this place! Everyone is very nice, and my tech, Christine, was absolutely lovely. The man at the desk plays beautiful songs on the piano. Overall an amazing experience, will definitely recommend to my friends and return.
I was just looking to get my nails done and found this gem! I had Fiona and she was very nice. I couldn’t decide on the nail color so she helped me out and recommended one I really liked. It’s very relaxing especially with the massage chair. I also felt very safe as they were wearing masks and everything was sanitized/clean. Prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely come back again! ????????
I am not local but wish I was! The salon is clean, the staff is very kind and genuine. The royal treatment pedicure was divine! The gel manicure beautiful…I even did an eyebrow wax and they look fantastic! Both hand and foot massages wonderful! To top it off, they have a live pianist who plays beautiful classical music in the background. The prices are very reasonable but the service was top notch! I will go again when in town!

I’ve been going to Lotus for a few months now for gel mani and pedi. I really appreciate the consistency in excellent quality in each visit I have, even with different techs. It’s very easy to make an appointment, and they are always ready for me as soon as I walk through the door. My gel mani and pedi are long lasting and come out absolutely perfect every time. My favorite part is when the gentleman at the desk plays his keyboard, it’s such a serene atmosphere and truly a relaxing experience.
I went in while out of town and the women were absolutely lovely. I received a fill in with no chip polish and a nail design. While not exactly like the picture she put her spin on it and it turned out great. I’m recovering from wrist surgery and they took excellent care of me and were very cautious with the injured hand.
