HORRIBLE SERVICE! The Africans have no manners and don’t know how to treat or talk to customers. They made fun and laughed at me for purchasing a cream for my acne’s and they short changed me and thought I was trying to steal money from them. The manager had to review the security cameras to make sure I had given them the correct change. Then they tried to apologize multiple times. I kept my cool but I really wanted to go off on them. I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life. Don’t EVER go to that store! They are rude and VERY unprofessional.
DO NOT USE your credit card at this store. If you shop here ONLY USE CASH. Verify the amount of your products before paying. My card has been compromised multiple times after purchases I've made at this store. Sad when you spend money to support your community and this is the result.
Love it has a selection of hair good quality lots of colors and best of all good customer service
It was my 1st time in the store and I was amazed at the huge selection! I went for one specific item, but I'll definitely go back when I have more time to explore more. The staff was very helpful and attentive!

Always has what I need when none of the other stores do
First of all, it’s 5:55pm, this store closes at 6:00pm. I walked up to the door and this lady goes, we’re closed. All I wanted was to swap out this hair that I purchased 6 minutes ago that so happened to be too light. Smh
Couldn’t even give a customer grace for that... such a shame. Lol but that’s what happens when you dealing with a certain kind of individual so with that being said they are getting a 1 start. Customer service needs more work and they are also rude as hell in there.
