This is my go to place only 2 minutes from my house ! I always go to emy she's the best but today she was busy and I was placed with another women who was super sweet but just didn't get the job done I'm not sure if your able to see in the picture posted but my nails are just horrible! Literally have bumps on them extra polish left on my fingers not satisfied at all!
Why is there so many bad reviews? I’m not sure if it’s just complainers doing their usual complaining, but I had nothing to complain about. I called in advance to see if I can walk in and they were happy to take me. I grew up in the area and always passed by Vivian’s, so I finally decided to try some no chip mani and regular pedi. I’ll be honest, I don’t get my nails done a lot because I like doing it myself at home to save money, but I think I’ll be a regular customer because of Lisa. Lisa did my nails she was very nice and sweet. If there was anything that was an extra cost, she made sure to get my consent first which is very important to be translucent about those things. Something that was very important to me as well, is that I have a small twitch in my toes on my left foot. This can make it frustrating for the nail tech, Lisa was very patient and understood my condition. Overall, I was happy with the results. Another plus, was that they had Apple Pay!! This makes it SO much easier to pay at the end so I don’t have to dig through my purse and risk ruining my hands, or make the nail tech uncomfortable when I ask them to go through my things. I will be coming back!!!

I absolutely love it here. People are kind and do a wonderful job. They now have the added challenge of the global pandemic to handle and they are doing beyond amazing even so. Extra safe, many measures in place to keep us and them safe, everything is legit sparkling clean. Wonderful job Vivian Nails! Keep up the excellent work, we will continue with you always! I did dip powder here for the first time and am extremely happy. I have had nails done by Lisa, Tina and Lee so far. They are all so good, I'm excited to try the others that work here too, I am more than confident they are ALL VERY talented and detail oriented. Everyone is always busy with customers! Excellent work!
Was so excited to try a new place, I absolutely hate how my nails are shaped, they're my real nails and they look so fake, then the "matching" color does not match at all...my fingers are teal and my toes are blue. I hate a disappointing nail trip.
I really like the shop, Emmie is my Tech, and she does a excellent job! She does everything, as far as services are concerned. I highly reccomend her, she's professional in what she does, and really sweet. You'll be pleased.
They don't honor scheduled appointments and rarely pick up the phone when you call. It's very aggravating but you can get a good manicure and pedicure.
I absolutely love this place! It has become my regular, go to spot. The only issue I have ever had is with nail shape, and that only happens occasionally and with certain people. My regular nails are always perfect though.
