First time, they didn't do much of a manicure but maybe I didn't really need one. Did a wonderful dip job and removed my gel (w/o charge)and were friendly and so fast and thorough. Definitely my new nail place. Great color selection as well which is a total plus! Second experience, not a fan of walk in only days though, I was rushed through and the dip was horrible. Started falling off a week later.
I came back after a pretty good first set. Second time I came in, every part of the service was rushed. The nail tech didn't take time to hear what I wanted to get done, and made me feel like the quality of my nails wasn't a concern. On top of the bad nails, they're already peeling and it has been 3 days since I got them done. Very upsetting for the price.
The specific nail tech that I had, though I don't remember his name, was also very rude and creepy. He kept asking my friends and I to come to his place and drink with him. He was also very touchy, and will definitely be a reason why I will not be returning.
They were super fast and my nails turned out so gorgeous. Other places always leave them crooked but they made them so straight and even. Definitely coming back to get a full. Thanks Lou!
I went in this morning - needing a reset - self love care day for myself. My pedi was absolutely amazing - the girl did her thing and did a great job. My nails? They're all uneven - the lady that did them wasn't polite at all. I asked to see samples of the shapes of the nails to choose from and I was ignored. I paid $107 for a mani/pedi - which isn't *too* bad - but my nails look tacky and all I got was French tips. ???? I will be looking for a new nail home soon - which sucks bc I truly love coming here - but the past few visits have been extremely disappointing.
So. It was my first time getting my nails done ever. I wanted a fake nail with some length. The lady was rude, told me "its your first time ever, you don't get fake nail you get dip or paint." Then I picked dip and she did not clean/finish my nail. My nails were caked with dip under my fingers and all around my finger tips.
I love them and so glad they turned out good. This is ur place if u want designs ❤️

Absolutely love this place! The only nail salon I will go to anymore! They treat everyone very nice and I've never left unhappy!
