Arrived around 11:30 and didn’t leave until 2, needed acrylic pink and white ombré fill. I understand the lengthy wait as they were slammed, but my nails are way too thick and wide at the base, can’t imagine anyone that would appreciate that kind of job. I will get them corrected when I get home, that being said, if u don’t have the practiced skill to freehand pink and white ombré, u really shouldn’t attempt it, and u certainly shouldn’t charge full price for it.

Would not recommend. Got the cat eye gel polish which was a mess. My nail tech didn’t know the correct process for it. Someone else had to step in and correct it but they did a terrible job as well. All my polish peeled off within 3 days with no damage to the nail. I got a gel pedicure also that didn’t last more than 5 days. Also peeled off extremely easily. Definitely go somewhere else!

My mother and I have both on separate occasions come in because we live so close. Neither of us will ever go again. My nails were removed incorrectly and then my natural nails were left uneven when they were painted. Both of our nails are see-through (we both wanted pink, not see-through) and the polish on both has air bubbles. My mom ended up with cuts on her fingers. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone I actually like. Absolutely the worst. On top of that staff is not friendly and refused to engage in conversation with customers, instead screaming across the salon at each other in another language, throwing in English words about nails so it was clear they were talking poorly about previous customers. I’m only writhing this to save future customers from wasting their time and money.

I went in with my in-laws and niece for a girls night, and we were very well taken care of! My niece loved her pedicure, and the gentleman who did my pedicure even took extra time to scrub my toes! Great experience.

When I came to get my nails done the lady charged $30 for design and when i got just clear their is things stuck in my nails and u can see the tip.

My adult daughter and I went for mani/pedis, and they were fantastic! The massage was one of the best, and they were so nice to us. It was such an enjoyable afternoon.

What a bummer! These are my SNS nails after one week. Clearly, they are taking shortcuts with they’re product. Adding something to the powder or shellac to stretch it. EVERY single nail on both hands started cracking and chipping within 3 days. I’ve never had this issue with SNS after 7+ years.

The man doing my nails did not know how to do dip at all. He dipped my nails in the powder at least ten times and did not thin them down at all. My hands were dyed after leaving and my nails are in pain from how thick it sits on top of my nails. He filed the sides of my finger nail so hard that my skin bled and my nail is separated from my skin underneath. Recommend going to one of the ladies that work there.
