Quick Facts About IDrive barbershop
IDrive Barbershop has a mixture of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One strength that stands out is the exceptional service provided by the American barber. The comment mentions that he is polite, does a great job, and has a lot of patience. This indicates that the barber is skilled and has good customer service, which is a valuable asset for any barbershop. Additionally, the commenter mentions receiving a discount and feeling recognized as a repeat customer, indicating that the barber values and rewards customer loyalty.
Another strength mentioned is Leslie, a barber who is praised for her excellent skills and ability to work well with children. The commenter expresses sadness over her departure and mentions that other barbers at the shop are rude. This suggests that Leslie was a standout barber who provided exceptional service and built a loyal customer base.
The comment about the barbershop being the "best fades and cut designs barbershop in town" highlights another strength. It suggests that the barbershop is known for its skills in creating unique and stylish haircuts. The emphasis on the Latino community also indicates that the barbershop caters to specific preferences and cultural styles.
However, the comments also mention several weaknesses of IDrive Barbershop. One recurring issue is the poor customer service and rudeness of some barbers. Multiple commenters express frustration and dissatisfaction with the behavior of certain staff members. This suggests a lack of professionalism and a negative impact on the overall reputation of the barbershop.
Price is another weakness mentioned. One commenter expresses disappointment with an unexpected price increase from $25 to $35 for a haircut. This sudden change without prior notice might deter customers who feel that their loyalty and satisfaction are not valued. Another comment mentions overpriced haircuts and dissatisfaction with the quality of the cuts received.
Inconsistency in the quality of haircuts is also highlighted as a weakness. Some commenters mention receiving poor haircuts that were cut incorrectly or caused scratches on their children's skin. In a barbershop, consistency is crucial, and these negative experiences can deter potential customers and impact the reputation of the establishment.
The business etiquette and professionalism of the owner is mentioned as another weakness. The commenter expresses frustration with the owner's behavior, stating that they close the business earlier than the advertised closing time and turn away customers. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer needs can create a negative impression and harm the business's reputation.
In summary, while IDrive Barbershop has strengths in terms of skilled barbers, excellent service from certain individuals, and a reputation for stylish cuts, it also has significant weaknesses in terms of customer service, inconsistent quality, pricing, and professionalism. Addressing these weaknesses and focusing on enhancing the customer experience would be crucial for the barbershop's long-term success.

I go to this place to get my 2 year old sons hair cut with Leslie she is an excellent barber, I was told she no longer works there and that she moved to another location, I kindly ask if I could have her number or some type of info to contact her so we can still go to her and I no one wanted to give me any contact information they were very rude and hung up on me, also a few months back when Leslie was off from work I went in to get my sons hair cut and went with another guy and he did a horrible job and cut my son a few times to where he had scratches. I’m very sad Leslie left, the rest are very rude men

This is the worst barber shop in Orlando!!!. I’ve been there a few times and every haircut I got was over priced and cut wrong. This last visit was the final straw though. I sat there with 3 others for 2 hours and I guess one of the barbers friends came in and she was told that she had four people ahead of her and she was told in Spanish don’t worry I’ll take you next not knowing that I’m Hispanic and understood every word. With that said I decided to leave. Very poor service in all 3 visits. I recommend this place to Nobody! This place deserves no stars!
We took my almost three year old son for a haircut (with no appointment) and Leslie was the one assisting us. At first, my son wanted NO PART of this “hair cutting thing.” He wouldn’t even walk to the chair, but Leslie was so kind, AND PATIENT! She even put Cocomelon on her phone for him! Once we finally were able to get him in the chair, she was so quick and precise! We will definitely be back to see her! Thank you Leslie!!!
The shop has a good barber, Juan. He’s good. The owner, however, is rude and has zero business etiquette. For example, if you close at 4:00 that doesn’t mean you go home at 4:00. Close the business at 3:00. When you run a business, you keep the door open 5 min until close and you serve those customers. That’s how it is done: At 3:55, open the door, look around, close, lock, pull blind and put up close sign. Everyone inside gets service: You don’t come in at 2:30 and get turned away 90 minutes before closing. That’s not how you treat customers. Adjust the hours, speak to people politely, and have some etiquette. I like Juan but I will not go back. It’s within walking distance from my apartment and it’s a dang shame. 1 star but Juan adds a star- ⭐️ ⭐️
I just received my haircut at I-Drive Barber Shop and they were amazing!!! The person who cut my hair was Jose and he was wonderful to deal with. He didn’t rush on my hair and made sure that he cut it just how I requested it. Everyone in the shop was very pleasing to deal with and will recommend them to anyone who is in the area!!!
