They did an AMAZING job! My car was covered in dog hair and 2 days prior someone had thrown up in my passenger seat ????‍♀️ my car is spotless now and smells amazing. They squeezed me in same day, showed up early, and met all my needs. I am grateful and I will be booking this service again soon ????

Jamel promised he would give me a 20 minutes window to come out and wash my 2020 C8 I’m from Fort Myers and had a hot date and he never showed up. Had to take my hot date in a dirty car. Never called , never answered my calls. I had 150 for him but he never showed. If you need your ride washed don’t call this guy he’s not reliable. But whatever his lost. Disappointed

Had appointment scheduled for one of my fleet vehicles at work today at 3:00. No call- no show. I waited until 4 to call as thought maybe running late. He would not answer the text or his phone. I asked for him to at least let me know either way and if he wanted to come Monday instead let me know. He did not answer. Shame.. I like to use small companies but this time did not work out. Just communication would have been good. If he couldn't make it and had at least contacted me- this review would not have been written. To schedule and not even call or text is not a good thing and wasted my time and now I have to answer to my boss as to why it is not done.

Our vehicle had accumulated mold on the interior, steering wheel, front and back seats, belts, dashboard and side door panels. Above and Beyond, far exceeded our expectations. Not only did they do a top notch professional detailing job on cleaning and removing the mold, but even located the source. The back bench seating was removed and everything underneath the seats were cleaned thoroughly. We tipped them above their cost amount because of the level of quality service they delivered. I cannot recommend going with Above and Beyond mobile detailing highly enough. These guys are the best and truly live up to their name!!!

Amazing job and friendly service. They showed up on time and charge a very fair price. Will definitely be using them again at our glass shop!
