I had an ombré full set here for $68 dollars. I come back 3 weeks later for a fill in, fill in prices are $35 -40 with ombré. I usually get color no designs or anything. She asked if I wasn’t jewels for $15 dollars I said no. She said she could do 2 nails for $5, I said ok. She asked if I wanted a snowflake, I agreed. I had a nail repair as well for $6 dollars… My total was 76 dollars for just a fill in!!! I took pictures of the price board to make sure I wasn’t crazy. I was definitely overcharged, I asked why was the price so high. Skinny tall front desk guy said he doesn’t know. I paid because I’m not one of those people to walk out on a service. However I highly do not recommend!!! My bank will handle the rest for me.
I recently relocated to this area so I have to find a new nail salon. The technician was an older lady. Firstly, she tried to use dirty utensils on my feet then when I complained she got some clean utensils. Secondly, when she was done painting my toes it looked like a 2nd grader had painted them. I had to complain so they could remove the polish. I didn’t leave a tip because the pedicure was bad. Ritz is more like the pits.
I went for a pedicure, all he did was cut my nails and massage my feet. I could of done this myself and saved my money. Really disappointed.
I have been a repeat customer here at Ritz and have always been satisfied with their service’s. Today I can not say the same. I received not only a poor manicure but poor customer service. As the young gentlemen was cleaning up my cuticles he dug too deep and nipped me. He immediately applied alcohol on it and as he continued to work I communicated how it burned. It appeared he spoke no English there was no apology or acknowledgment for what had happened. I brought it to the attention of who seemed to be the manager of the salon (front desk). I told them my manicure today was unpleasant and explained why. I also asked would there be a discount for his employee negligence. His response was no because I was not bleeding. I explain I did bleed a bit but there was alcohol immediately applied. That’s besides the point, I pointed out the difference in my thumb cuticles where you can clearly see that it was dug in too deep. Salon manager says he sees nothing and repeated that I was not bleeding. Completely ignoring the poor services that was expressed that was rendered by his employee. Unfortunately for them they have lost a repeat customer. It has also made it clear that the customer is just a dollar and that they clearly don’t care about the art of their work. Nor the peace people look forward to in the services they provide. Very disappointed!
Love love love nails_by_Hananh! She dose awesome work can take in a photo of what you want and she will do it. You also can let just let have her creative way and it will blow you away!
They only have 2 people working there and the one who does the best nails is always booked. They have a young lady there who does not know what she's doing and she looks like she's 16. She messed up my nails twice. I thought I'd take a chance on her since she maybe working for a summer job but never again will I ever come here
Vy is the best as well as Hannah they do a great job with nails and always friendly.
They are the worst. My daughter took me there day before Mothers Day. Before we could leave they was rushing the lady to hurry up and do my nails so they can close. That a Time I got to the car the Polish was coming off and it we're supposed to be some kind of special polish to last for 3 weeks. I never in my life had such an experience don't go there unless you lock your nails all messed up.
