made me pay 60 dollars for a refill and my nails was coming off before a week. Went to have them fix their mistake n they are asking me for a receipt when they can clearly see my nails were basically new. They did not end up fixing my nails. ended up going to my reg nail tech and he had to fix almost all the nails. They have quality products meaning the nail products that they use but the way that they do nails and their customer service sucks. Go at your own risk!
Every thing has went up in this store they are extremely expensive and they always have attitudes like they don’t want to work and you can tell when they have a attitude they just be trying to do what they want to I been with these folks for over 15 years and all of sudden they just act tired and lazy… I don’t know if the owner says anything to them but he needs to… It’s a new girl in there she’s good but she’s messy as heck

The CUSTOMER SERVICE here is AWFUL....My daughter love nail tech Mason that does her nails on the regular he's AMAZING BTW I'm sure the best one in this dump. I came and got a pedicure and full set by someobe else and could not enjoy WHAT SHOULD have been a RELAXING pedicure due to the STAFF, yelling and speaking over one another in their language. This was the LOUDEST EXPERIENCE I've EVERRRRR had in a nail shop. I would suggest that you go to Fine Nails on Headland & Delowe. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is impeccable, and it's very clean and 3 times bigger than this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME here oh and did I mention that I spent well over $100 and my nails are CROOKED as well????

My first time getting my nails done here on Saturday and it’s Monday and one of my nails already broke as of yesterday. I’m also leaving two stars because of how wide my coffin tips are they look more like box tip and I don’t like that. Also because I don’t know if any other nails are gonna break which I suspect them to do so since one already broke literally the day after and I mean just snapped with the least amount of pressure required. Disappointed.
I wouldnt say it was great quality, but I wouldnt say it was bad either. My sister recommended this nail shop. I’ve been twice and I’m underwhelmed each time. They are very stingy with the polish. My daughter asked for smiley faces and she got frowny faces. I’m just going to wait on my nail tech to get off of maternity leave.
I've been going here for years...David is the best. His wife is great too. Actually, the whole team is great...they dnt disappoint.
