I walk in for my scheduled apt and she says how can I help you with a confused look on her face. I said I'm here for my 5 apt. She said you're gonna have to cancel I'm behind. Completely unprofessional. A courtesy phone call inadvance would do especially when you know you're behind. Most business people want a courtesy cancel so the respect should go both ways. Also the fact that you forgot about my schedule apt speaks volumes to me. You wasted my time and gas money.

Ms Kim is professional, creative and always has anointed conversations! She has done my hair twice and has done above and beyond what I even asked for! She is truly gifted and I just love having her as my hairdresser! Highly recommend her for all your hair needs! Her pricing is affordable as well!
