Total last minute walk-in appt on Thanksgiving day! I was nervous but Kaya was my last resort and I totally needed it. And they met my standards and exceeded my expectations. My first time there. I walked out greatful and looking ready for my trip! Thanks Kaya!
I feel bad writing this. I really wanted to give them a 4th chance but my girlfriend who also comes here convinced me not to go back. They do a pretty good job on her but totally butcher mine. Chair 2 is always mad at me for no reason.
I'm quiet, I never complain so it sucks. I explain what I want and even have a photo of my own browes.
She did an amazing job the very 1st time. Don't know what happened.

This is one of my favorite eyebrow threading establishments. The staff is nice and they keep everything clean. There also isn't much of a wait even when they have a waiting list. The prices are reasonable and the staff are experienced. I've never left out with miss matched eyebrows or scarring due to the thread like some other places I have been.
I never write negative reviews, but decided to write this one to save other people from getting their eyebrows ruined. The lady on station one (Pareesa?) did my eyebrows and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She not only ruined my eyebrows (that I took two months to grow out), but blamed me for not letting her do her job when all I did was take 5 second breaks here and there because my pain tolerance is extremely low. They do not accommodate their clients and are extremely unprofessional. Avoid this location.
Kaya Threading has always been clean and sanitary. I went to them pre-covid as it is located near the gym I was going to and if I was filling up on gasoline at Costco.
I believe there were 3 ladies, however, I only saw 2 since they reopened per state standards.
They are very nice women and have gentle hands and are very detailed. Once you sit down, they ask you not to remove your mask - depending on the type of threading service you are asking for. Otherwise, they make sure to sanitize and clean up after every client and make you wait a couple of minutes before you are seated.
I went on a Wednesday at 10am. Idk her name but she was the o my one there, she wasn’t friendly, she made one of my eye brows shorter & the other longer. I never had a problem coming here but this experience wasn’t great.
Ladies that do the eyebrows here aren't nice.
You just go pretty much for a decent eyebrow thread. Also, no bathroom for customers. So keep that on your radar if you really need to go for some reason
