Quick Facts About Memory Nail Spa

Memory Nail Spa, located in central Arkansas, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. This analysis aims to provide an objective evaluation of the salon's performance.
Starting with the strengths, it is clear from the comments that some customers have had positive experiences at Memory Nail Spa. One customer mentions going to the salon for years and feeling welcomed and missed by the staff. This indicates that the salon has loyal and friendly staff members, who create a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Another customer thanks Julie for their pretty nails, suggesting that there are skilled nail technicians who can deliver satisfactory results.
Furthermore, there are multiple comments praising the professionalism and kindness of the staff. One customer specifically identifies the owners and staff as being professional, kind, and caring. This portrays a positive image of the overall salon environment and suggests that customer service is a strong point for Memory Nail Spa.
However, despite these positive experiences, there are multiple weaknesses highlighted in the comments as well. One recurring issue is the lack of communication between staff and customers. One customer complained about a technician ignoring their repeated requests for a different color and proceeding to paint their nails with the undesired color anyway. This implies a lack of attention and customer care on the technician's part, which resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome for the customer. Additionally, there were instances where customers felt rushed and noted that the staff was rude and rough during their services. This indicates a lack of professionalism and proper training among some of the staff members.
Another recurring complaint is the issue of pricing inconsistency. One customer mentioned being charged $45 for a service that their friend received for only $30. This suggests a lack of transparency in pricing and raises concerns about fairness and consistency in pricing for customers. Additionally, there were mentions of overcharging at the checkout counter, further adding to the issue of pricing discrepancies.
There were also comments about the quality of the services provided. One customer mentioned their nails cracking off after just three days due to the excessive layers of polish applied. Another customer stated that their nails were thick, poorly shaped, and that they were cut during the service. These complaints suggest a lack of attention to detail and skill in the execution of services, resulting in subpar outcomes for customers.
In conclusion, Memory Nail Spa has some strengths, including a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, positive customer service, and skilled nail technicians, as reflected in some of the comments. However, there are several weaknesses, such as poor communication, pricing inconsistencies, a rushed and rough service experience, and issues with quality and attention to detail. These weaknesses should be addressed by the management to ensure a consistently positive experience for all customers.

Best TL Reviews

Ever since moving to central Arkansas, I’ve went to Memory nails. Last Thursday when I went, I kept telling the lady the color I picked out was not how it looked on the sample. I told her I would like a new color before she painted the rest of my nails. She ignored me and kept painting my nails with that color. I told her multiple times I did not want that color, as I was in 2 weddings and couldn’t have bubble gum pink nails. She ignored me over and over again and painted all my nails that color. She also charged me $45 for gel nails, but my friend, who I was with, got the same manicure for only $30. I asked them if they could fix the nails for me since the color was not what I wanted and they painted over the original color. Now, 3 days later all my nails are cracking off due to all the layers they put on them. I’m out of town and can’t get them redone for the wedding I’m in.
I have been going here for years! Sometimes I get so busy and don’t have time to go. It could be 6 months or a year. Soon as I walk in they call me by name and always say they have missed me. Love Mrs Julie and Allen.
Thank you Julie for my pretty nails this evening!
Do not waste your time here, the staff is very rude and very rough. I got the pedicure and dip. She only dipped my fingers once in the blue powder and then was finished with them. 10 minutes after I left one of them is already pulling from my fingers, two chipped/cracked. Don’t bother going back in either.
Smh no words can express the ridiculous of people these days over charging people making up prices nothing displays the price ???? ???? its just whatever they say for the day I can an will not be returning to this place to each is on I will leave on this note
My nail popped of like a press on while I was cleaning off my bed after eating.
I'm not rich I'm not balling out of control ???? I don't throw away money but I do expect to get what I pay for not just guess
I went to memory nails today to get my nails done. My mom had gotten a gift certificate- and wanted me to get my nails done. I went in of course, optimistic. However I left extremely unsatisfied. From the moment I walked in the wife of the owner was rude to me. Started yelling at me to take a seat while I was still picking out my color. Then started clearly talking about me to the lady who was assigned to me. The lady who did my toenails rushed through my pedicure. Which lead to them cutting one of my big toe nails noticeably shorter than the other. I didn’t say anything at that point Bc I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, I asked for the $38 pedicure and all she did was cut my toenails, file and spray with alcohol.. I decided I should leave before she started working on my nails. When I got to checkout the wife’s owner was trying to over charge me for the price of the pedicure and shellac. I will never come back here again. I’ve never written a review before on anything, but this place deserves it.
I just recently started going to this salon about 4 months ago. Each time I have had a pleasant experience. They know me and always are very nice and polite. They do have busy periods, however if I’m not able to wait or feel like they are too busy I simply come back. There even have been times when I needed a repair or quick fix and they have done so with no problem. I don’t expect them to be as catering when they have a salon full of customers, which is why you should come during times they aren’t as busy. Julie is my favorite….such a great personality and very accommodating.
The guy was very nice and the nails aren’t awful, but they’re pretty thick, the shape is off, and I got cut on my ring finger.
Best nail shop in all of Little Rock. The owners and staff are always very professional kind and caring looks forward to getting my nail done and don't have to worry about them being done the way I like.
