Quick Facts About Divine Nails

Divine Nails place has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, we will analyze each comment and identify recurring themes.
Starting with the negative comments, there are several recurring issues mentioned by different customers. One common complaint is the lack of attention to detail and poor quality of work. One customer mentioned that their nails immediately began chipping after getting them done, indicating that the polish used may not be of high quality. Additionally, another customer stated that their nails were painfully sharp, suggesting a lack of proper shaping and filing. Dirty files were also mentioned, which is unhygienic and can cause discomfort or injury to customers. The salon's rushing of appointments was also mentioned by a customer who felt that their nails were being rushed and the overall work was sloppy.
Another issue raised by customers is the inconsistency in pricing and unexpected additional charges. One customer mentioned being told $45 but having to pay $60, which can be frustrating for customers who are not expecting the additional cost. Clear communication and transparency in pricing are important aspects of good customer service.
Some customers also pointed out issues with customer service and professionalism. Lack of small talk, not being greeted or acknowledged, and employees prioritizing certain customers over others were mentioned. Customers may expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere when visiting a salon, and any lapses in customer service can create a negative experience.
On the positive side, there are a few comments praising specific nail technicians and their skills. Customers mentioned that Kelly and Ruby provided great service and did an amazing job on their nails. These positive experiences demonstrate the salon's ability to provide satisfying services when customers are matched with the right nail technician.
Furthermore, there are comments praising the salon's relaxing environment, with mention of calming music and a peaceful atmosphere. This suggests that the salon creates a comfortable ambiance, which can be a strength in attracting and retaining customers.
Another positive comment highlighted how the salon was able to address a specific customer's needs. One customer mentioned that after chemo, their nails stopped growing out and the salon was able to provide an acrylic nail solution that made them feel good about wearing sandals again. This indicates that Divine Nails place has the ability to cater to individual customer needs and provide tailored services.
Overall, Divine Nails place has strengths in their ability to provide excellent service and address specific customer needs, as evidenced by the positive comments. However, there are weaknesses in terms of inconsistent pricing, lack of attention to detail, and issues with customer service and professionalism, as pointed out in the negative comments. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve the overall customer experience and maintain a loyal customer base.

EDIT: Nail fell off not even a day after literally while I did nothing getting a pedicure. Broke at the tip which this salon didn’t put on, they just did the fill. I asked for my money back and they decided they’re fixing it for no additional charge, without asking me how I felt about that. Talked to her coworker the whole time but not me. Managed to break down costs to other customers there but they couldn’t for me yesterday.
EDIT: The overly defensive response I’ve received has confirmed that I will not be going back. Trying to deflect and say that the tech probably is sore from doing my nails (which is her job) is incredibly odd and unprofessional. I should not be blamed for pain from a physical job and there is no excuse for causing a client physical pain. They used one dark file along with a pink buffer and file tips in an Altoid tin. Given I watched them switch from another acrylic set to me I can confirm at least the bits weren’t cleaned. I loved the shape and didn’t notice the sharpness until I was home around when the sides started flaking. The tech had plenty of time to talk to her coworker and stop doing my nails to do so. She could’ve at least talked about the weather. Extremely unprofessional response. Not impressed.
I called 10 minutes ahead of time for a fill. I sat for probably around 20-30 minutes to my color and wait for them to finish which was fine since I was there in short notice. The last salon did really badly and messed up the shaping and they did really well fixing that! I wish the polish was a little bit closer to my cuticles. She used files that were dirty and hurt my skin with them. My nails are also painfully sharp. The really upsetting part was being told $45 and having to pay $60. Once I got home my nails immediately began chipping. The customer service wasn’t the best. No small talk at all. Multiple customers were coming in and waiting. Others were being left while the employees tended to others. I think such a small salon shouldn’t take walk ins. The swatch was brown with flash on it and the polish is very much blue.
I had an appointment at 1pm last week and arrived on time. They took another lady first who also had an appointment at 1? I was like whatever, and didn’t say anything. Finally after an hour & a half , they called me over. The girl who did my nails was nice, I walked out with my nails looking nice. But the next day my nails chipped. The nail polish is of bad quality. ???? that has never happened to me before.
After chemo, my toe nails stopped growing out. I asked if they could do an acrylic nail to make them look more natural. First time in 10 years I feel good about wearing sandles. Can't seem to add a picture to show how good they look.
I love this nail place. They are all amazing. Kelly makes my hands stunning. You must come and try. You will never need to get nails done anyplace else again. As well as my eyebrows. My fav place to go .
Kelly is so amazing great service listens to you and work to please. They are so polite . The environment is relaxing the music is relaxing. Kim will do an amazing job on your feet she has years of experience and takes her time to make sure she aims to please . My place of peace from a long day ???? Thank you ladies
I love my nail tec RUBY!! She never disappoints me and always goes above and beyond, she’s so incredible that I travel personally just to see her. Thank you for another satisfying nail experience. I highly recommended her!! ???????????????????? Ps. I’ll be back.
1st timer, walk in. I got the premium pedicure, gel, with a French tip. I loved every moment and could not be more pleased! Great service!
Thank you!
I made an appointment for acrylics, and I sat and waited in the middle of my set so they could accept walk ins. They rushed my nails and did sloppy work. I watched them turn away other appointments for walk ins and rushed through everyone. Incredibly unprofessional
