The longest shellac manicure I've ever received. I'm a hairstylist and my last manicure lasted nearly 3 weeks. Vi is great but the 3 people who helped with my service this last time were all friendly, professional, and all have the same great skill sets.
I was referred by this nice, sweet lady her name is Nina i met her this morning asked who did her nails. She pointed me in the right direction, VN nail. The guy name is Quan after having so many bad experiences. I love Quan. He was nice, and also professional i will be back in 2 wks. Thank. Nina. And thank u so much Quan.
My nails turned out crooked and fat. The nail tech didn’t return my attempts to make friendly conversation AND she didn’t go a good job. I got gel stuck to my fingers and I don’t think the filing is supposed to hurt...but it did...every time she filed each nail down. So I was tense the entire session.
I gave it 3 stars because my boyfriend and I have met the owner and he’s a great guy! He also said if I came by I’d get a discount which I received. But I still think $30 for a bad nail job is too much. But don’t take my word for it. Pics say it all.
"WARNING" please by pass this place. At first I had no problems with this establishment. The ladies here do a really GOOD job just super SLOW. Needless to say that's not why im taking time out to do a review. I witness the only male in the shop who usually collects the money at the end of the service walk up to the sink and REMOVE his teeth, put water in his mouth as if it was mouth wash and spit it out in the customer sink! As the time went on I needed my eyebrows waxed. I requested Lisa. There was nobody but me waiting for that service. I sat in that back room for almost 15 minutes. I walk out to see what the hold up was all to find Lisa on the phone. When they saw I was nolonger interested she begged and pleaded and goes on to say someone called her as if that was the problem of a paying customer. In a nutshell I wouldn't recommend this unsanitary and rude service.
The nail tech did a great job but not once did she was her hands or spray/clean the table. I don't know if before my appointment the table was already cleaned . During the appointment, I did ask her if she was going to clean the area; she acted like she didn't understand me ????
Kim was excellent! I just had a pedicure, it was by far the best one I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you go to see Kim for your next appointment! I am new to the area and I’m so glad I found her!!!!
Quan has been doing my nails for 15 plus years and is excellent at what he does. Never have I or my family left just satisfied!!! I highly recommend him
I am only giving one star because I have no other choice! This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not waste your time!!!!!!! I used to go to VN Nails and I quit going because I went in for a pedicure and they put my feet in water that got cold because they were doing pedicures for people that walked in after me so I asked for a towel, dried my feet and walked out. The day after Thanksgiving I figured that I would give it a try again and the same thing happened. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!
