Best prices and selection, although you may be waiting even though you have an appointment.
Do not come here unless you like to spend your time sitting around waiting. They have no concept of time whatsoever. Door says they open at 11 and they’ll take appointments at 11, but nobody shows up to open the salon until 11:30. Even if you make an appointment, be ready to wait another hour because they’ll way overbook and still take walk ins despite having appointments. They know they can get away with this because of their lower prices, but trust me, the $10 you save isn’t worth the frustration. It’s 100% worth paying the extra money to actually be treated like a human being who has better things to do on a weekend then sit around a nail salon for hours hoping they’ll give you the time of day.
My experience was fantastic. I got a no chip with a design and it was very well done. And it was finished within an hour.
Do not go here!!! This is the worse nail experience I've ever had. Two of my nails fell off the very next day after getting them done. I had to go back twice (drove 18 miles which is 30 minutes from my home) to get both of them replaced. They just popped off. I wasn't rough with my hands either for them to just pop off. By the end of the week I only had 2 left on my hands. For the $45 that I paid they should not have fallen off within a weeks time. Then the owner had the nerve to have an attitude because I asked him to repair them. I took my husband with me the second time just in case he'd try and get an attitude. Then he took forever to repair my nails. Do not go here! The owner also needs to empower his nail techs to be able to assist with other services except for manicures and pedicures. You have to wait forever for him to get to you for other services such as a fill or other services. Their furniture is not asthetically good. It is broken down and not clean looking like other nail salons I've been to. I will not be returning at all! Just overall bad customer service!
I called to make an appointment for 5 for Mani & Pedi. They told me they could do 5:30. I'm currently writing this review as they have me waiting while I soak my feet and it's past 6. If you can't take me then let me know. I'm leaving for vacation and don't have time to go anywhere else. Not coming back.
This is the worst nail experience that I have ever had….. I came here for a year and it got worse and worse and finally I officially left today- forever!! No idea how to treat customers- don’t care about customer’s time at all. I had an 11:00am appt. no one showed up, I left at 11:20- just awful!!!’

They will take a walk in ahead of you, 5 minutes before your appointment and make you wait an hour extra..

I love this place they're prices are fair and they do a great job. Whenever I show them a picture of nails I'd like they do them sooo well! My favoritsalon ive been to!
I recently purchased a groupon for 2 no-chip manicures. The first manicure went fine although I noticed that the divider between me and the female technician did not look clean! My no-chip mani lasted about 12 days. The second no-chip mani did not go so well. Even though I had a 3pm appt, I was not seen until 3:35pm. It was a Monday and the place had only 2 technicians and the 2 clients they were working on. While I was waiting, I noticed that they did not clean up the stations after they were done with their clients! I was put at a station where the other 2 clients had not been. I had a male technician, who was rough on my cuticles and used very little polish on my nails (not painting the sides well). He was constantly answering his cell phone while doing my nails. While on the phone, he would ask the caller for their name, time they wanted, and phone number, but would never write it down in his appointment book that he had next to him! When I was done, he put a new client in the spot where I saw one of the previous clients! It had not been cleaned the entire time I was there! So, I wake up the next morning to find my nail polish had turned beige after having been painted a medium rose color (it was not a mood changing polish). I realize they have low prices BUT I will go to a more upscale salon from now on and pay a bit more especially for sanitary reasons! Be Safe Everyone!
