I went there few months back, as my brother was coming to town so I asked front desk attendant about rooms and policy for pets and kids everything, to my surprise I do not think she knows she is in hospitality business. No professionalism, VERY RUDE, did not like my questions. SHE WAS LOOKING AT ME LIKE I AM CRAZY TO EVEN ASK QUESTIONS. I was at LOBBY but she could not even give me two minutes, and there were noone after me. Needs more training, or she needs a long vacation. Had to get short stay even to look rooms. Management needs to do better. Otherwise GREAT PLACE TO STAY.SUPER CLEAN in and out.
Now after my complaints of seeing what appears to be roaches on the walls , the service lady didn't seem surprised , in fact other employee didn't even move about but the service attendant seem very apologetic and sincere . You would think a partial refund or discount would be presented but it's a sorry goodbye.. thumbs down and sham on you manager for not speaking up for your motel and leaving the service attendant holding the bag .. thumps down
We took a look and decided not to stay. It was trash all around.
I was shocked the room was really nice. Last time I was there I got severely bitten by bed bugs.
The room wasnt all that clean, could have used a vacuum, had to practically beg for extra towels and toilet paper. The person at the desk was really rude, if you don't go to the desk by 11 they deactivate your room key so you can't get back in. The water pressure in the shower sucked. Aside from those things everything was good.

This room does not look bad from the outside. Then you walk through the halls and it is raggedy with people lurking who look very sketchy. My room door would not lock at all the door was broken I had to sleep that way. I’ve had rooms cheaper than this one for $80 that looked so much better! I rented a room here this past father’s day, 2020. When I woke the next morning, my arm was completely covered in bedbug bites!!! Covered completely!!!! The most disgusting thing ever!
Ordered their steak fajita, I ordered it medium it came to the table medium-well to well done. The tortillas were hard. The steak had no flavor at all. The best part of the meal was the Coca Cola. Hopefully the my dog will enjoy it, I did not.
