Quick Facts About Glamour Nails II
Glamour Nails II has received a mix of positive and negative comments, indicating both strengths and weaknesses. In this analysis, we will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of Glamour Nails II based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths of Glamour Nails II is the skill and precision of certain technicians, such as Victor. According to one commenter, Victor takes his time and cares about the quality of his work. This suggests that there are skilled technicians at Glamour Nails II who can provide excellent service. Additionally, the comment mentions that paying $70.00 for a service should result in feeling that the money was well spent, further emphasizing the value provided by skilled technicians like Victor.
Another strength mentioned is the friendliness of the staff. Multiple comments state that the employees are nice and accommodating. This creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, enhancing their overall experience at the salon.
The affordability of Glamour Nails II is also seen as a strength. One commenter mentions that $70.00 is a sacrifice for some people, suggesting that the salon offers competitive prices. This can attract a wider range of customers and make the salon more accessible to different income levels.
On the other hand, Glamour Nails II also has some weaknesses that need to be addressed. One common complaint is the quality of the polish application. Several commenters mention issues such as poor painting, globbing polish, and bubbles. This indicates that there may be inconsistencies in the training or skill level of the technicians, leading to subpar results for some customers. Addressing this weakness could greatly improve customer satisfaction and the salon's reputation.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of attention to detail. One commenter specifically states that their toenails were not cleaned properly, highlighting a failure in adhering to basic hygiene standards. This can be off-putting for customers and may result in negative word-of-mouth.
The comment about cuts and high prices also raises concerns. Multiple cuts on the cuticles and a deep cut on the big toe indicate a lack of care and attention during the service. Additionally, being charged over $200 for three pedicures and two sets of sns dip nails seems excessively high, particularly given the negative experiences mentioned. Adjusting pricing to better align with the quality of service provided could address this weakness.
Some commenters mention language barriers, indicating that not all employees have a strong command of English. While this may not be a major issue for some customers, it can complicate communication and potentially lead to misunderstandings. Providing additional language training or hiring bilingual staff could help overcome this weakness and improve customer satisfaction.
Lastly, the worn-out nail polish and pumices mentioned in one comment suggest that Glamour Nails II may need to invest in updating their equipment. Having dull or old tools can negatively impact the quality of the service and the overall impression of the salon. Regularly updating equipment and supplies is crucial for maintaining a professional and hygienic environment.
In conclusion, Glamour Nails II has several strengths, including skilled technicians, friendly staff, and affordability. However, there are also weaknesses, such as inconsistencies in polish application, lack of attention to detail, language barriers, high prices, and the need for updated equipment. Addressing these weaknesses can help enhance customer satisfaction and improve the overall experience at Glamour Nails II.

I have good experience there. I prefer Victor to do my fill in and pedi. He take his time and really care how his work comes out. Paying $70.00 you want to feel you are getting your money worth. Some techs in there you might get 30 minutes of service. $70.00 is a sacrifice for some people.
Why don’t any of these reviews say anything about polish, I had a horrible pedicure after reading all these wonderful reviews. I asked for the right person to but he didn’t clean under my toenails ????ummm rule #1. And SUCKS at painting, globed all over skin and barely got it off. I’ll go home and try to salvage it.
Ladies working there are nice. Pedicure was good. Manicure ended up with so many bubbles though.
Mixed feelings! On one “hand”, my toes and nails look great I really like them, but on the other “hand”, I walked away with several cuts on my cuticles, and a really deep cut on my big toe (painful even to walk on it now). Then to top it off, got charged over $200 ($220) for 3 pedicures and 2 sets of sns dip nails. Seems really high?
I've never had a bad experience with anyone at this salon. The owners and employees do the best they can to deal with us customers ALL DAY long. Many want to argue, change their mind when the salon is full. Thank you Glamour Nails for keeping my claws pretty.
I have been going to Trish for years for a gel fill and she does it to my expectation each & every time. Customers should remember that they aren't perfect but they are human and doing the best that they can as they are focused on giving you a good look. Also remember that they can't take anymore customers at/after 7pm because they close at 8pm and need to go home and have a life as well. All nail techs are good at their task and cannot be friends with everyone. This is the best nail salon in Lumberton. Trish is the best.
Just went today based on reviews and word of mouth and worse experience ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Rude nail tech, very heavy handed. Acted as if she was doing me a favor!! Remember and understand this business owners, never are you doing customers a favor!! We don't need you, you need us!! Don't take for granted where we spend our money! I am only one person I understand this but take for granted too many customers and you will NOT have any customers or a business because they will go elsewhere!! Painted nails and toes should not be so poorly painted that you can still see the toe nail when done when its not a light color!! Nor should the nail polish be lumpy or have bubbles! Too many nail salons have arrogant workers! I won't be back!!
They were very accommodating. They could use some new nail polish and their pumices looked pretty worn. They understood English pretty well and had a concern for customer satisfaction that I appreciated. Very hip family of owners. Nice personalities.
