Quick Facts About ICONIC NAIL BAR
ICONIC NAIL BAR has several strengths and weaknesses based on the feedback from customers.
One of the strengths of ICONIC NAIL BAR is its great service and quality nail technicians. Many customers praised the salon for its excellent service and the skills of the nail technicians. The positive comments suggest that customers are generally satisfied with the service they receive at the salon. The owner, Dustin, was also mentioned specifically as being amazing, which further highlights the strength of the salon's staff.
Another strength of ICONIC NAIL BAR is its welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Customers mentioned feeling comfortable and relaxed during their visits to the salon. This is important for a nail salon as it contributes to the overall experience and customer satisfaction.
The complimentary drinks provided by ICONIC NAIL BAR was also mentioned as a positive aspect of the salon. This small gesture adds value to the overall experience and helps create a positive impression on customers.
However, there are also some weaknesses that were highlighted by customers. One major weakness is the poor quality of service experienced by some customers. One customer mentioned that their cuticles were cut to the point of bleeding during a manicure, and the salon did not immediately sanitize the area or provide a satisfactory resolution. This reflects a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer satisfaction.
Another weakness is the inconsistency in the quality of the gel manicures provided by the salon. Multiple customers reported that their nails peeled up shortly after getting them done. This suggests a lack of expertise or proper technique in applying gel polish, which is a major concern for a nail salon.
Some customers also mentioned issues with communication and customer service. One customer felt that their request for a specific design was not met, and the nail technician became defensive when asked to rectify the issue. Another customer mentioned feeling rushed during their pedicure and not receiving the expected level of care during the service. These incidents highlight a lack of effective communication and customer-focused approach by the salon's staff.
There is also a discrepancy in pricing, as one customer mentioned being charged $100 for a fill-in, which is considered excessive. This suggests a lack of transparency in pricing or potentially unfair pricing practices.
Overall, ICONIC NAIL BAR has strengths such as great service, skilled nail technicians, a welcoming atmosphere, and complimentary drinks. However, there are weaknesses in terms of poor quality service, inconsistent results, communication issues, and potentially unfair pricing. These weaknesses should be addressed by the salon to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Dustin is amazing!! Service comes with complimentary drinks as well! The place is very welcoming and relaxed! I always leave satisfied. Stop by and see them you won’t be disappointed!
I just tried this place for the first time this last weekend. I was excited to try it because it’s new. When I went I got a gel manicure and pedi because that’s what I always get. The pedicure was done really well. The manicurist did cut my skin to the point of bleeding on a couple of my cuticles on my fingernails by mistake, (i added the pics of the small cuts on the cuticles) but when they did, they didn’t sanitize it immediately (or at all) and actually pressed on the cut/s with their bare finger to try and stop the bleeding which i felt uncomfortable with but didn’t verbalize my discomfort at the time and i should have. So after I paid and left that day (over 100$), 5 hours later my gel on my nails peeled up. which is weird i’ve never had that happen before. so i got back on sunday, and they fixed it for me and i just moved on. today is wednesday and more of nails peeled up AGAIN. i went back in to talk to a manager to request a refund and they said “i’ll just fix your nails for you” and i told them i don’t want anymore fixes since i’ve had to come back once already to have them fixed, in a matter of a few days. i just wanted a refund because the service rendered was just not good quality when they initially did my manicure and they refused to give me a refund. i’ve literally never had a business treat me that way, especially nail salons. granted i’ve never asked one for a refund before. i just wanted to share because i really hated the confrontational experience when i asked for a refund. the manager wasn’t exactly “rude” to me it was more of just a confrontational vibe. because it turned into an argument in front of other customers, it was awkward. what bothers me most really is just the fact they refused to give me a refund on what was clearly a poor service. if my nails peeled up repeatedly it just wasn’t done well. and i felt it was fair to ask for a refund of the money for the manicure after giving the first “fix” a chance. i think it would’ve been different if my ask was outrageous or over the top. but asking for a refund on a poorly done service is totally fair. i just wanted to put this information out there in case it helps someone else in the future who feels like they got treated poorly by this business.
used to be one of my favorites until the last time i went. i asked for french tips with a star like on the picture and it was going great at first until she told me the star was gonna look different. i thought maybe she meant a different color. absolutely not. i look at my nail and i saw that monstrosity. it was not even remotely close to the picture and to make things worse she knew she couldn’t draw it but kept going.
when i asked for her to take the star off she crossed her arms and got a attitude with me and then they literally charged 100$ and it was a fill in. not a full set. who is charging 100$ for a fill in that’s literally funky looking, crazy. they charge too much and if you’re diabetic you might not wanna get a pedicure because they use cheese graters on your feet
I went there a some months ago when I was in my freshman year because my mom showed me their Facebook and I really liked their work. It was back to school and I wanted to get my nails done because I’d never gotten them done before. I got an older lady and when I got there she spilled something on my sweater, which wasn’t a big deal, I told her it would come out in the wash but she insisted on pouring water on it for a good 10 minutes, which in my opinion made it worse because I was soaking wet afterwards. Her intentions were very sweet, but I was on a time crunch and I asked her repeatedly not to pour water on me because I had somewhere to go after I was done. As far as the nail experience. She made them way too long and every time I asked her to make them shorter she insisted that they wouldn’t look good if she filed them down , I was only like 14 at the time, (I’m sixteen now) so I just believed her and didn’t ask again. She wouldn’t let me choose the color I wanted, she wouldn’t let me take out my reference photo, she cut me multiple times, overall she just wouldn’t listen to me at all. The only time she actually payed attention to anything I said was when I called my mother in there, and my mom actually put her foot down and said “since I’m paying for them, I want to get what I’m paying for”
Don’t get me wrong, the nails weren’t ugly by any means, they just weren’t what I wanted at all. And I clipped them off the next week.
Iconic nail bar is the best place to get your nails done at. I have NEVER had a problem with anything. I am always left more than satisfied. Idk why all these GIRLS hating they must be crazy. They are a MUST TRY!!!!!
Went in today to get mani pedis with my daughter, Hannah did our toes and did a fantastic job and did good on my eye brows as well!! Mai absolutely killed it on my nails!!! She's so funny and nice!! Great experience overall definitely would be coming back to see them!!
Helen was very sweet but my God! She rushed through my pedicure so fast that she only removed cuticles from my big toes. She even used the cuticles cutter to exfoliate my heels and rough parts by dragging the edge down my foot! She got gel nail polish all over my feet, including the tops of my feet. I never felt so rushed and unrelaxed for a pedicure EVER especially mid day on a weekday! That was my first time going there, will NEVER GO AGAIN!
I really like going here. The people are pleasant and not pushy. They know their customers and treat them like friends. The prices are not outrageous and I feel that I get my money's worth. I will continue to be a customer !
