Quick Facts About Ideal Cafe

Ideal Cafe, as described by the comments, is a neighborhood café that specializes in English breakfast and has a British essence. It appeals to a diverse clientele, from workers to professionals, and offers a variety of dishes including eggs, sausages, beans, and even kebabs. The café is commended for its friendly and welcoming staff, as well as its ability to accommodate specific requests and dietary preferences. However, there are also criticisms of the café's food quality and pricing.
One of the strengths of Ideal Cafe is its ability to create a sense of authenticity and provide a unique experience. The café is described as having a genuine British atmosphere, with workers and professionals enjoying large portions of breakfast. This uniqueness is further accentuated by the fact that the owner is of Arab descent, adding an interesting twist to the café's overall identity.
The café also receives praise for its customer service. The staff is described as extremely nice and friendly, going above and beyond to create a pleasant dining experience for their customers. This positive interaction with staff members can greatly enhance the overall dining experience and leave a lasting impression on customers.
Additionally, Ideal Cafe is appreciated for its flexibility and willingness to meet customer demands. The comment from a customer in Germany mentions that the café was able to recreate a breakfast exactly as shown in a picture, demonstrating their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of personalized service can be a key differentiating factor and help build customer loyalty.
Furthermore, Ideal Cafe is commended for its convenient opening hours. The café opens early in the morning, allowing customers to start their day with a satisfying breakfast. This can be particularly appealing for those with busy schedules, as it provides them with an opportunity to have a wholesome meal before they begin their day.
On the other hand, there are weaknesses that are mentioned in the comments. One criticism is directed towards the quality of the food. Although the café is praised for its English breakfast and variety of dishes, there are comments that highlight disappointment with specific items. The mention of a "rubbish" salad and less than satisfactory coffee indicates that there may be inconsistencies in the food quality. This can be a concern for customers who prioritize the taste and presentation of their meals.
The pricing at Ideal Cafe is another aspect that receives mixed feedback. While some find the prices reasonable, especially in comparison to other London establishments, others express dissatisfaction with the cost. The comment about being charged £9 for a less than satisfactory breakfast suggests that the pricing may not be in line with the quality of the food. This can deter price-conscious customers from returning to the café and potentially affect customer retention.
In conclusion, Ideal Cafe has its strengths and weaknesses. It excels in providing a genuine British experience, offering a variety of breakfast and kebab options, and delivering exceptional customer service. However, there are areas for improvement, such as food quality and pricing, that may impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. To consistently thrive, Ideal Cafe should aim to address these weaknesses while leveraging its strengths to maintain its unique identity and appeal to a diverse customer base.

Pretty good food, had a shish kebab with nice coconut rice, salad was a bit rubbish. But decent portion.
Nice little cafe I start early and this place open at 6:30 which is a result even in London not particularly expensive full English breakfast £6 and other breakfast and omelettes around £4.50 friendly staff it's quite easy to get parked in the morning but I assume that in the day it is very difficult they seem to sell everything kebabs fish and chips so pretty much all round goodness also have real coffee great little place in the middle of London really and you're paying no more than you would outside of London so can't complain
Very friendly guys from Morocco. I enjoyed the Falafel and Chicken shawarma. Coffee not so much, sorry :)
I like this place Make best coffee And have best view
Popped in before a court visit and I would go back. Sausages were a nice surprise and I couldn't fault the fry up. Nice staff too ????
Wow. I was shocked. Ideal? Not in this lifetime. Ordered a set breakfast for my return to London. Was treated to a plate of watery beans and what could only be described as brown matter floating in them. I believe that was a sausage and strand of bacon. The egg had been massacred. Toast was ok, but then again you can't ruin toast. Or can you? Toast was also not ideal. And the price for this mistake? £9. ???? Never again.
