Quick Facts About Jade Nails

Jade Nails has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Here is an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the salon:
Strengths: 1. Talented and attentive staff: Tracy, in particular, is praised for her listening skills and ability to fulfill customer requests. This indicates that the staff at Jade Nails are skilled and dedicated to providing a good experience for their customers. 2. Welcoming atmosphere: Despite some negative comments about unfriendly staff, there are also positive remarks about the welcoming atmosphere created by the three nice ladies who speak and smile all the time. This suggests that, overall, the atmosphere at Jade Nails is pleasant and friendly. 3. Good quality work: Several comments mention the neat and satisfactory work done at Jade Nails. This indicates that the salon provides good quality services, particularly when it comes to nail art and pedicures. 4. Availability of appointments: The comment about recommending an appointment as the salon is usually booked indicates that Jade Nails is in high demand, which can be seen as a positive aspect. This suggests that customers generally trust the salon and are willing to schedule appointments in advance.
Weaknesses: 1. Decline in quality: One comment mentions that the colored powder/gel only lasts for five days now, which is a decline in quality compared to previous experiences. Another comment expresses disappointment in the rushed pedicures. These comments indicate a decline in the overall quality of services offered at Jade Nails. 2. Limited variety of colors: A customer complains about the limited color options for shellac compared to powder. This indicates a lack of variety and customization in terms of nail color choices. Customers may feel frustrated and restricted in their choices. 3. Poor customer service: Multiple comments express dissatisfaction with the customer service at Jade Nails. One customer noticed a rude and unfriendly front desk staff member, while another mentioned negative experiences with an older lady who gives them dirty looks. These comments suggest that the customer service aspect of Jade Nails needs improvement. 4. Inconsistent nail durability: One customer mentions that their gel nails chip within seven days or less. This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the application or quality of products used, which can be a frustration for customers who expect long-lasting results. 5. Pricing and additional charges: A customer mentions being charged extra for services that were previously included in the price, such as cuticle trimming. This indicates a change in pricing structure, which may not be transparent or well-communicated to customers. Some customers may find this additional charging frustrating or unfavorable.
In conclusion, Jade Nails has strengths in terms of talented and attentive staff, a welcoming atmosphere created by some members of the team, good quality work, and the availability of appointments. However, there are weaknesses in the decline in quality, limited color variety, poor customer service, inconsistent nail durability, and the introduction of additional charges. Addressing these weaknesses while maintaining the strengths would be crucial for Jade Nails to improve their overall customer satisfaction and reputation.

Best TL Reviews

I love this nail salon! Tracy is the best and always listens to my request. Recommend an appointment as they’re usually booked. Never had any issues!
I’m not sure what happened to this place over time. But it’s not what it used to be. The colored powder/gel only lasts 5 days now. I spend well over $150+ every set I get here. Every time I try to get shellac they force me to get powder and there’s only 10 colors while there’s over 20+ shellac colors. Never come to this place. They used to take their time with pedicures now it’s super rushed. They are con artists and will purposely do half the job to keep you coming back and spending money, they lost their best paying customer.
Every time I go there my nails chip within7 days or less when they put gel on and the mother/older lady of the shop gives me a dirty mean look when she sees me. She doesn’t speak or smile just gives me a dirty mean mug look. There are only 3 nice ladies there that speak and smile all the time. Thank God those 3 ladies work there to make the atmosphere a little bit more welcoming. I love lakeside Lemon is the best!!
I have been back here three times now, and every time I had the best experience at Jade nails! Tracy is absolutely awesome and so talented! Her nail art is fabulous! Just like most salons, I would recommend having an appointment. I will definitely be going back!
Very good experience. Friendly and attentive staff. They were very busy in a Friday but they never seemed annoyed (which I have experienced at many other shops). Quality pedicure and pink and white set. I definitely plan on returning
This nail shop has extremely poor customer service. I typically go to an upscale salon however, I decided to gives this salon a try because it’s in my neighborhood. There was a young lady at the front desk when I walked in who did not offer any greeting. She simply motioned for me to stand aside until she was ready to speak to me. This young lady was extremely rude. She asked me what I needed done and I advised her a polish change and she stated we’re busy with no offer to book me for another day. I’m sure she was aware that they were busy when I stepped into the establishment. Safe to say I will never spend my money at this establishment or encourage others to do so.
Love this place and the treat me like family! I have been going here since 2012.
Good work. Neat work. I was very satisfied ,as usual with their work. Quick service. Price for simple mani and pedi with Shellac $71 No tips, gel or acrylic. Prices have changed like most businesses now since the start of the pandemic. Extra charges for all services...I was asked during my manicure. Did I want my cuticles trimmed , I have had dozens and dozens of manicures citywide and in other states by all races /cultures...and never have had an additional charge to of $10 to trim cuticles.. also the pedi is broken down price-wise with 5-10 add- ons for usually inclusive services pre-pandemic. I really liked this establishment. I have frequented since 2018 but may look elsewhere for a flat rate normal pedi and mani . If it still exists.
