Quick Facts About K Nails
K Nails Place has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The strengths include location, ability to accept cards, cleanliness, and quality work at a good price. On the other hand, the weaknesses include long wait times, rude staff, painful experiences, inconsistent pricing, lack of cleanliness, unprofessionalism, rushing customers, and a lack of customer service.
One strength mentioned by a commenter is that K Nails Place is located in a quiet area, which can be appealing to customers who prefer a peaceful atmosphere while getting their nails done. Another positive aspect is that they accept cards, making it convenient for customers who do not carry cash or prefer to pay with a card.
Cleanliness is important in a nail salon, and one commenter mentions that the location is generally clean. However, another commenter raises concerns about the cleanliness of the tools used, stating that they got an infection from their pedicure. This suggests a lack of consistency in maintaining cleanliness standards, which is a weakness for K Nails Place.
Quality work is important to customers, and one commenter praises the skills of a specific staff member who did their nails. This indicates that K Nails Place has at least some competent staff members who can provide good results. It is also mentioned that they were honest about pricing and did not try to charge extra for different types of polish, which shows transparency in their pricing policies.
One weakness mentioned by several commenters is the long wait times. One customer claimed to have waited 2-3 hours despite calling ahead. This can be frustrating for customers who expect prompt service or are on a tight schedule. However, another commenter suggests that an early afternoon visit can result in a shorter wait time, which may be helpful for customers seeking a more efficient experience.
The rude behavior of the staff is another weakness mentioned by multiple commenters. One customer states that they were treated poorly and made to bleed during a pedicure. This not only suggests a lack of professionalism but also raises concerns about the safety of their services. Another customer was dissatisfied with the unprofessional response they received when they requested their nails to be filed straight.
Inconsistent pricing is mentioned by a commenter who claims that they were quoted one price for their acrylic nails but were charged more when the service was completed. This unexpected increase in price can lead to customer dissatisfaction and erode trust in the salon.
The lack of professionalism is further highlighted by a commenter who recounts an incident where the staff member and manager were dismissive of their concerns and provided poor customer service. This suggests a lack of proper management and training, which could contribute to overall negative experiences for customers.
Rushing customers is also mentioned as a weakness. One commenter states that they felt rushed when picking out nail colors and that the staff seemed frustrated when a different color or style was requested. This can make customers feel uncomfortable and rushed, leading to a less enjoyable experience.
Overall, K Nails Place has some strengths such as its location, ability to accept cards, cleanliness, and quality work at a good price. However, it also has several weaknesses including long wait times, rude staff, painful experiences, inconsistent pricing, lack of cleanliness, unprofessionalism, rushing customers, and a lack of customer service. These weaknesses should be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience and reputation of the salon.

Never had a decent experience here. Tried calling ahead and when I got here still had to wait 2-3 hours. The staff is extremely rude and make you bleed when they give you a pedicure. Idk why they do this the litterally rip your toenail until you have a hang nail then rip it out. SO not PLEASENT. My acrylics were jacked up and wanted to charge me more that originally quoted. Don't waste your time. Bella Veda is way better anyway.Seriously don't come here they SUCK.
I would suggest you call first the wait time can be a bit much but the staff is ok and they try to meet your needs. They accept cards and the location is quiet and generally clean. Parking is usually available.
An early afternoon visit will result in a shorter wait time based on my experience.
Great nail salon! The guy that did my nails knew what he was doing. He told me the last place filed my nails too much (almost down to the meat). He was gentle and my nails look 150% better. They were also honest about pricing, and didn't haggle me because I got regular polish and not gel. Highly recommend.
I came in here with my Cousin. We showed up at 11 am. Told them we wanted 2 pedicures and manicures.
During my pedicure the lady began digging in the side of my toe to the point it bled. She never asked if I wanted this and never asked me if I was OK.
Well now I have an infection. Who knows if the tool she was using was freaking clean.
On top of that they were so slow that my cousin never got to get her nails do e because she had to leave to go to work. We were there for over 2 hours it should no take that long to do 2 pedicures and 2 manicures.
I'm never coming back here and by the way I never signed any sort of liability policy so if this infection gets bad and I need to see my doctor I WILL SUE THIS PLACE.
This is my usual go to place for gel nail mani and pedi. They are very good at what they do although I feel rushed at picking out my color and they seem to get frustrated if you request anything different. Be sure you tell them if you don't want your toes nails cut short. I guess that is their norm. Otherwise an all around nice place especially for the quality and price. I would just recommend knowing what you want when you walk in. Maybe show them a color or style on Pinterest.
They do such a great job for your buck the best value on nails in Burlington never go to holly hill nails they will screw you this is the place to go.
Don't be fooled by this small "hole in the wall" looking salon. They do AMAZING work, I have never left unsatisfied and they do not over charge! Definitely my "go to" place for gel nails and pedicures!
They were VERY unprofessional when I politely asked them to file my nails straight (because she was doing them completely crooked) and she got a huge attitude. I ignored it until she grabbed my hand & yanked my wrist.
I spoke to the manager (male) who had to have heard the entire encounter-working right behind us...& he said “if she says they are not crooked, they must not be”. He didn’t even bother looking at me or my nails.
Since when is the PAYING CUSTOMER not right?!? If I want my nails done a certain way, then do them that way, uncross your eyes, have some customer service-or at least some simple politeness & maybe you’ll have return customers !!!
I paid for what she had done (messed up)...& left...had to find somewhere else to go fix it!
