Charges $5 to use nail file on feet?! Shaped toes round when they were square, never asked me how I wanted them done, at check out tried to charge me $5 for removal of nail polish, but.... I did not have any polish when I arrived, my feet were unpolished!
Male nail tech shaped multiple nails crooked, I had to take the file to shape evenly, polish on toe came completely off less than 24 hours later. Folks seem nice enough, but need improvement when it comes to actual services being rendered. Check the prices and the math. Never again.
I would not go back. The shop is not the cleanest. I like to see tools coming out from a sterilization pack not a dollar tree lunch container. There is only one staff who can do the design you see on the site. Though most staff and customers are wearing mask they sit you pretty close to other people. The tech was nice but her work was poor. I paid for a mani/pedi gel and not a week later and it's peeling away from the side and root. I usually get two weeks out of gel color on my hands.
All the people were so nice there and they work quick. Was satisfied with my nails until a wk later and they needed to be filled again. I usually can go 2.5-3 wks at the old salon i use to go to before a fill. Also got a pedi and was highly satisfied by the gentleman who did mine.
I really didn't like how my nails came out they were lumpy and the design and shape were not correct. I was heading to the airport so I just paid the $120 and got out of there. Looks nice, people were polite so maybe she was new. Loved my feet though so two stars for that part.
I have been searching for a new nail salon for weeks and I finally think so found a new home! The vibe and staff were amazing!!! Kat was so patient with me and did my nails exactly how I asked and they are beautiful!
Was great the first time and I came back!!! Everything was nice and relaxing great job on my pedicure. Will definitely be back again!
I had a 4pm appointment on a Thursday. I arrived 10 minutes early. They said oh you’re early you’re here for so and so. I said yes but whoever is available will do. There were 3 people working and two customers other than myself. I’m not sure why after waiting 20 minutes I still haven’t received service.
