Did not have a good time. Felt so uncomfortable for a couple of reasons - place could be cleaner, ladies try so hard to sell you more services and more focused on that than on the job itself. I wanted to take off my old gel and just have a nice manicure (no gel at all). The lady who did my nails asked multiple times 'why not?'. Then she pointed at the services from the menu with the highest price point telling me I should do that. It was so disappointing - I did not even have a chance to actually look through the menu without being interrupted with those comments. The lady ended up talking me into getting my nails buffed - she really wanted to add more services to a basic manicure. Also, it was pretty painful, uncomfortable, felt rushed. I left with a couple of cuts too.
Pedicure was a bit better.
My bill was $75 plus tip (I always tip at least something). I am not sure if they inform you about $10 charge for taking off old gel (10 for hands + 10 for toes). Sad to say, it was not worth my time and money.
I love going here to get my manicures and pedicures #1 the owners are very kind. & #2 my nails always look beautiful and original. I’m not a simple style girl and I always get unique in style designs here????
I would put a NEGATIVE 5 stars I've been going here faithfully for the last 4.5 years never had this problem this one time I came in and Mind you I pay $140 each time for the extra services and I love to chitchat with the ladies, This specific time right before Christmas all 10 nails broke off within a easily He offered for me to come back in to get them all Red done for free but I had gotten sick and When I had gone in 2 weeks after they turned me down, they also Talked and treated me as if I was a stranger and I was somebody trying to take advantage and get something free!!!!! They have a policy of if they speak their language you get it done free I have never complained these people are an amazing people and this one time The way they treated me and talk to me With tons of embarrassment -I will never come back to this place ever again!!!!!! They lost a loyal customer over there mess up!!!!!
Heidi did a good job at reshaping a previously done bad job. Went in for a fill w/gel... $34 is a bit steep for a full but she did good. The establishment was clean and very calming...dim lighting and not too busy. (My favorite) have cute jars with complimentary candy and also have complimentary drinks. This was my 2nd time here and both times I had a good experience.
They were very welcoming at first but the quality of my nails were and are horrible don't get me wrong the lady that did my 5yr Olds toes did and fabulous job 5stars but my nails there look like the rhinestones melted there so uneven and thick i paid $130 for 2 pedicures and a fill ill be back in the morning so unsatisfied with my nails i hate them.
Every experience has been relaxing and my manicure and pedicure completed exactly as I like them

I love this place!!! I showed them a pic of what I wanted from Pinterest and Laura made them perfectly! I even broke one of the nails and came back and they fixed it for me without any wait or hassle. I moved away from the area and I never found a better place so I am going to keep coming back here. They are the best around!
I always enjoy my experience at Victoria Nails. My nails turned out nicely until I hit my little toe on the way out. My only minor issue is the up-charges because the bill can add up fast), but the services are always excellent.
