I moved to the other side of Raleigh recently and had to find a new nail salon. I tried a couple without much luck or satisfaction, until I came here. They aren’t very big or in a fancy salon, but they do high quality work and treat you with kindness and respect. Tony did an amazing job on my fill-in. I don’t like my nails to be too thick and he understood that and did a great job. His daughter, Vicky, did an amazing job on my design. I wanted something cute for Halloween I found on Pinterest and she replicated it perfectly! I have found my new salon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Lulu took time filing down calluses and also getting my nails clipped, filed, and ready to paint. She listened to what I wanted. First time here, and I am pleased.
Terrible service: the old lady that does the pedicures does the worst job ever! You pay for top of the line pedicure and get a $10 service. Nails filed crooked, just terrible fast job!
The nail tech gave me an appointment for 6:30 yesterday which was Friday and when I got there at 6:20 they were closed!!! Wasted my time and gas!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS NAIL SALON! You will be sorry.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, pick somewhere else! I sent my mom and daughter for pedicures, They arrived at 6 and the place closes at 7. They asked for gel polish and was told there wasn’t any. They rushed through the pedicure and it showed. They wanted them out so bad the lady fanned my moms feet to try and dry them and they still were wet and she ended up hitting the polish in the car. They were out the door by 6:30. I do not recommend at all.
Worst nails I have ever gotten in my life! Lucky for me it is temporaly, I will take them off in 2 weeks. The nail technician only did not listen to what I wanted she also cut me twice!!! Then after proceeded to ask me if I wanted my pedicure and eyebrows still as originally planned. Hell no! So she can mess those up too! She is the worst nail technician in the world... people in developing countries where I have traveled do a better job with less tools than she had. She needs a new profession. Stay away from this place!!!!
Tony exceeded my expectations. I won’t be going somewhere else m. He is so good at what he does.
I had to come and edit my review. Tony did my nails twice and he did a great job. The third time I had a appointment with Tony and when I got to shop I was told that he would be there soon. I have waited for 30 minutes and asked when was he coming and I was told that he was not coming because he is sick. I had scheduled a month ahead and told Tony that I was going out of the country and I only wanted him to do my mani and he said yes. I do understand people get sick but I called prior my arrival and I was told Tony would be doing my nails so why wait until I got to the salon and waited after I was told he was coming. So another lady did my nails and it was not good but I still decided to go back when I returned from my trip to have Tony do may nails. I got to the place and I was told that my appointment was 11 not 12 which is completely false but they have doing it whenever they are busy.
I was so upset that i left and that was the last time. I will never go there again. It does not matter how good a nail tech is I do not like unprofessional staff.

Like many nail places now you are only important if you are getting a full set of fake nails or a full in, and you come every 2 to 3 weeks. In other words if you are not spending a whole lot of money, you are rushed thru. As a gift, I went for a relaxing mani and pedi with gel polish on nails. It was done in less than an hour and I was charged $65. I was treated like I was interrupting her. The gel polish started coming off in 5 days. She reluctantly re-did my nails, using the drill to remove the old polish and also on my cuticles, which is very damaging. I will not go back!! Not a nail spa experience. I have had much better at several other places. They seem to have lots of black women as clients. Black women should demand better service for their dollar, or go elsewhere!
