Quick Facts About Kebabish

The comments about Kebabish place reveal a range of strengths and weaknesses that can help provide a comprehensive analysis of the restaurant. While there are some positive comments about the taste of the food, there are several negative comments about portion sizes, hygiene, customer service, and overall quality.
Starting with the strengths, the comment "Food is fantastic, one of our regular places to order from" suggests that the taste of the food is one of the restaurant's strengths. This indicates that they excel in creating delicious flavors and satisfying their customers in terms of taste preference. Additionally, the comment "Butter naan tastes good" highlights that at least one particular item on the menu is well-received.
Moving on to the weaknesses, the most common complaint identified in the comments is the issue with portion sizes. One customer complained that they ordered chicken tikka but received a small portion that appeared to be worth less than what they paid for. This suggests that Kebabish place may not provide value for money as customers feel they are being cheated. Additionally, the comment "portions was very small even for the large ones and its too expensive" further reinforces the concern about portion sizes and prices. This weakness could potentially lead to losing customers who feel unsatisfied after each order.
Another consistent complaint revolves around the hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant. Customers reported problems such as toilets being out of order or in poor condition and the overall neglect of the restaurant. These comments indicate that Kebabish place may lack proper maintenance and cleanliness standards, which can negatively impact the dining experience and discourage potential customers from eating there.
Customer service is another weakness that is evident from the comments. The complaint of the rude behavior of the individual who spoke to the customer over the phone suggests that there may be a lack of professionalism and customer-oriented approach within the restaurant. Such negative interactions can leave a lasting negative impression on customers and potentially deter them from returning or recommending the place to others.
Furthermore, there are concerns about food quality and safety. Comments such as "found something disgusting inside" and "half-eaten lamb chops" suggest that customers have encountered unappetizing and unhygienic surprises in their meals. These incidents not only indicate a potential lack of quality control within the restaurant but also raise concerns about the safety and integrity of the food being served to customers.
Lastly, the comment about not accepting card payments above £15 raises concerns about the restaurant's ability to accommodate different payment preferences and potential inconvenience for customers who rely on card transactions. While this may not directly impact the quality of the food or service, it can contribute to an overall negative experience for customers who expect convenience in modern transactions.
In conclusion, while there are some strengths in terms of taste, the weaknesses identified in the comments relating to portion sizes, hygiene, customer service, food quality, and payment options can significantly impact the overall dining experience at Kebabish place. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for the restaurant to improve and regain customer trust and satisfaction.

I ordered chicken tikka and they send such a small portion and that to cut into small pieces. They charge £6.45. The portion looked like £2. When I called the restaurant they said it’s a regular portion and the guy was rude. Very bad service. Don’t order form this place, People save yourself from getting cheated.
Toilets either out of order or dinged. Restaurant dirty and neglected. Food good in taste but I found something disgusting inside. Yuck
Is there any non-corrupt sanitary control in this country?
Food was not worthy of being called edabl. Samosas were cold in the middle where have been frozen and badly deep fried to reheat. Keema nan had what can only be listed as giving a small corner of rock hard (beef jerky) style meat stuck in it and the rest was burnt bread no thicker than a tooth pick. Tikka chicken rubbery, sag and chilli paneer like eating a rubber with no flavour and my husbands mixed kebab was like something you wouldn't even give your dog. They need to be shut down. All family members are feeling very much sick right now ????????
Late night It’s ok if for a no other choice in that location. Butter naan tastes good but one of enuf to fill stomach. Kebab sauce I didn’t like much but no other choice for a very late night dinner.
????????????????????I want to give No Star this is one of the worst restaurant that I ever had..please guys beware of the portion of the food. I have order above £20 which the portions was very small even for the large ones and its too expensive.(£8.50).
The tastes doesn't look gud and the naan was too thick and you can't even eat.
Moreover why you guys don't accept the card for above £15 ..its legal in United Kingdom if the transactions are above £5..Please council look into this matter and food safety too.
