Got my nails done here Tuesday, it is now Thursday and the gel is chipping and a corner of a nail broke. Instead of putting on new tips she just remolded them with powder which made them so thin. I spend almost $60 for nails that didn’t even last 2 days. Watched an older lady walk out because of how she was being treated by staff. Will not come back again.

Me and my 5 year old daughter just came from this HORRIBLE PLACE!! We were suppose to get our nails done today at 12 pm. I made our appointment on February 2nd at 1:57pm. Today me and my daughter go in and a woman tells me that there's no appointment at 12 and it must be the Kelly T nails down the street. Then she asks for the number, I give it to her and she says that's not her nail shop. I go outside and look and it's the EXACT same number that I called to make the appointment. I go back in and confront them and some guy said it was an accident and their tech called out. If they would've said that in the beginI HATE LIARS!!ning instead of lying, I would've understood. I HATE LIARS!!

I can’t believe how much they charged me for two pedicures 145 and they didn’t even try so good to remove the dry skin I had to do some of his job for him I can’t believe this place is even open with so many bad reviews. I didn’t even argue with the guy I was so disappointed I paid n walk away with out saying anything terrible place and they still wanna give additude after they can’t do there job right

My nails fell off after not even a week of having acrylics. Would not recommend. Their prices are also very high compared to what is shown on the menus they give

The place was very clean however I’m very unhappy with the outcome with these nails. $70 for these nails.

If I would have known that this wasn’t achievable by the nail tech, I would have done one solid color if I knew they would look this way.

The “turquoise” isn’t even straight it goes through the lines, and the lines were so thick. The shaping of the nail is okay to me.but they are so lumpy too!!!

I just wish if they knew they couldn’t do it, then don’t tell me yes and make me pay for it. I’m unhappy and know I can’t return again. :(

So I was there with my daughter on Wednesday. I spent over 300.00. $ in your salon. When I got home and we’re able to look closely at my fingernails I could not believe how poorly they were done. I have made an appointment with my regular mail

Person down here in Tucson to fix this mess. They already need to be filled in as of Thursday. The next day. I didn’t want to say anything at first yet the more I look at them the more important it was for me to speak out. Also the “owner” stood there argued with my daughter about the kind of nail my daughter wanted making my daughter very uncomfortable. Only to have one of the other associates do exactly what my daughter requested. I will be bringing my daughter down to Tucson to get her nails done. 300.00$’s later I have to have them redone! !!!

Love this nail salon! They are so friendly and take great care of their customers. The pedicures are amazing and do a great waxing as well. I will continue to go there. Great job Kelly T!!!

Today is my prom, so I went to get my nails done with my family. My seven year old sister (who is autistic) wanted to get her feet done as well. So she sat down, and then 15 minutes or so passed and she asked one of the ladies working "excuse me ma'am, but how long do I keep my feet in?" And the lady then responded "if you want out you can get out" then she asked her male worker to stop my sister's chair. I said we didn't want to leave and that she was just asking a question, but I didn't feel like staying longer. So we left. One of the worst services I've ever received and I will not be going back.
