Quick Facts About Kettering Kebab House
Kettering Kebab House has received a range of comments and reviews, highlighting both its strengths and weaknesses. In order to assess these, it is important to consider the different aspects mentioned by customers, including pricing, portion sizes, food quality, customer service, and delivery.
One of the main weaknesses mentioned by customers is the pricing. Multiple comments mention feeling overcharged or that the food was expensive for what they received. One customer specifically mentioned being charged full price for kebabs without important components such as pitta bread or salad. This indicates that there may be inconsistencies in pricing or failures in accurately charging customers.
Another weakness highlighted is the portion size. One customer mentioned receiving a small kebab despite ordering a large. Another customer mentioned receiving a large quantity of chips instead of a larger kebab, indicating an imbalance in portion allocation. These comments suggest that the portion sizes may not always meet customer expectations or match the value for money.
Food quality is another aspect that received mixed reviews. While some customers praised the taste and flavor of the kebabs, one customer specifically mentioned that the doner meat was not good. Another customer mentioned receiving fish that felt reconstituted, indicating potential issues with the quality of ingredients or cooking methods.
Customer service is also mentioned as a weakness. One customer was unable to get through on the phone to make a complaint, suggesting a lack of responsiveness from the restaurant. Another customer mentioned receiving rude and unapologetic behavior when experiencing a delay in delivery. Poor customer service can create a negative experience for customers and may deter them from returning.
In terms of strengths, one customer specifically mentioned the special kebab being amazing and highly recommended it. This indicates that the restaurant has the potential to produce high-quality and flavorful meals that customers appreciate. Another customer praised the kebab wrap and the meat and sauce, highlighting a positive experience and satisfaction with the food.
However, it is important to note that the positive reviews are outweighed by the negative ones in this case. The weaknesses mentioned include overcharging, small portion sizes, subpar food quality, poor customer service, and lack of responsiveness. These weaknesses may outweigh the positive aspects mentioned by a minority of customers.
In conclusion, Kettering Kebab House has both strengths and weaknesses based on customer comments and reviews. While a small number of customers praised the food quality and taste, the majority reported issues with pricing, portion sizes, food quality, customer service, and delivery. These negative aspects may greatly impact the overall customer experience and deter people from returning to the restaurant. It is important for the management to address these weaknesses and improve the areas where they have received negative feedback in order to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Overcharged us by about £5 and charged full price for 2 kebabs without any pitta bread and 1 with next to no salad. Barbecue sauce put on was about 1 teaspoon full and doner meat was not that good. The chips given with the kebab meat was half a dozen chips. Very expensive for what we had and did not even give a discount for no pitta bread, no tomatoes and no extra salad.
Will not be buying from here again and could not even answer the phone to hear my complaint.
DO NOT GO HERE!!
I can't talk about the quality of their kebabs but I ordered a fish and chips. I was told it would take 5 or 6 minutes. In reality t took about 20 mins. The chips were cooked first and wrapped up, then the fish went into the fryer. The cook took the fish out and then said he would give the fish a bit more time. The fish was of mediocre quality. I expect my cod to be flaky. This felt it had been reconstituted.
I went in ordered large mixed kebab £9.90. When got home it was a tiny kebab with loads of chips. I did not order chips but was added to cover up how small the kebab was. Next time i will order from next door.
I come from wolverhampton and i was in the area so stopped for a kebab i had the special kebab it was about 15 quid but it was amazing the food has good flavour defo reccomend.5 stars.
£9.90 for a large mixed doner kebab. Got home to see what must be a regular at best. I’ve had bigger portions from the Kebab house next door. Would rush back for overpriced small portions.
The best kebab I’ve ever had. Perfectly build kebab wrap and stupendous meat and sauce. That combined with Charlie himself leads to the best kebab experience anyone could ask for. Not all heroes wear capes. Thankyou Charlie
