Quick Facts About KFC Newton Aycliffe

KFC Newton Aycliffe has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The strengths include friendly staff, clean and tidy location, free and clean toilets, and timely service for some customers. On the other hand, the weaknesses include slow service, issues with the drive-thru height limit, appalling food quality, missing or wrong orders, long delivery times, cold and stale food, difficulty in contacting the restaurant for corrections, high prices for subpar food, and unavailability of certain menu items.
One of the strengths mentioned is the friendly staff. It is important for customer service representatives to be friendly and create a positive atmosphere for customers. This can contribute to a pleasant dining experience and encourage customers to return.
Another strength is the clean and tidy location. Maintaining clean facilities is crucial for any restaurant, as it reflects a commitment to hygiene and attention to detail. Customers appreciate a clean and comfortable environment when dining out.
The availability of free and clean toilets is also mentioned as a positive aspect. Access to clean restroom facilities is essential for customer satisfaction. It shows that the restaurant prioritizes hygiene and cares about the well-being of its customers.
Timely service for some customers is noted as a strength. While there are complaints about slow service in some comments, there are also customers who mention prompt service. Consistency in delivering timely service is important for customer satisfaction.
However, there are several weaknesses pointed out regarding KFC Newton Aycliffe. One common complaint is slow service. Customers mention waiting for their orders even when the restaurant is not busy. Slow service can be frustrating for customers, especially when they have limited time or are in a rush.
The drive-thru height limit is considered a weakness. Customers with taller vehicles, such as vans, are unable to use the drive-thru due to the height restriction. This can be inconvenient for customers, especially when the restaurant is located in a motorway service station where people often travel in larger vehicles.
Appalling food quality is mentioned in one comment, with burnt chicken and insufficient portions. This indicates a lack of attention to food preparation and quality control. Consistent and high-quality food is crucial for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Several comments mention missing or wrong orders. This indicates a problem with accuracy and attention to detail in fulfilling customer orders. Consistently getting orders wrong can lead to customer frustration and dissatisfaction.
Long delivery times are cited as an issue. Waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery, combined with cold and stale food, can greatly impact the overall dining experience. Customers expect timely and hot food when ordering for delivery.
Difficulty in getting in touch with the restaurant to correct delivery errors is highlighted as a weakness. Effective communication channels are important for resolving issues, and the lack of such channels can lead to customer frustration and dissatisfaction.
High prices for subpar food are mentioned as a problem. Customers feel that they are not getting their money's worth when the food quality does not meet their expectations. Offering value for money is important for attracting and retaining customers.
The unavailability of certain menu items, such as corn, is seen as a weakness. Customers may have specific preferences or dietary requirements, and not having certain items in stock can limit their options and lead to disappointment.
In conclusion, KFC Newton Aycliffe has strengths in terms of friendly staff, cleanliness, and some instances of timely service. However, there are notable weaknesses such as slow service, issues with the drive-thru height limit, poor food quality, missing or wrong orders, long delivery times, difficulty in contacting the restaurant, high prices for subpar food, and unavailability of certain menu items. Addressing these weaknesses can help improve the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction at the restaurant.

After i use them several times,i can say...Not great, not terrible!
The only "problem" is that you have to wait a lot untill your order is done, even if they are not busy.Mabye KFC food,is getting done slower than MC or BK,i don't know.
Another thing is the drive thru. This KFC is located in a Motorway Service Station, but they have a height limit of 2.7 meters, and means that I, with my van, cannot enter the drive thru, which is ridiculous for a service station ????
Staff is friendly. The location is always clean and tidy.Toilets are free and very clean.
Stuck behind three cars. The meal itself was appalling! Beans only one and a half tubs. The chicken was burnt and delivered by two batches. Won't be back in a while. Also not given a receipt to get a discount next time anyway.
This is supposed to be a zinger burger? Worst one I've ever had, service is bloody awful, just chucked my tray of food on my table, I'd much rather have a McDonald's and they're just awful anyway.
Awful service second time I've got food from here and the first time items were missing the second time got completely the wrong order and waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Food was cold and stale. No way to get in touch with the restaurant to correct delivery. Don't bother using them for delivery.
Poor experience today.first time I'd been here.service is so slow, all tables were not clean.cutlery Station was filthy, and nothing was available there anyways.and my order was wrong, but that's just standard for kfc
Terrible. £26 for 3 chicken fillet Burgers, all reheated and dry, 3 large fries, cold, and 2 gravy.
Absolute rip off and no effort made on food. Won’t be going back.
Firstly they had no corn for the sides so we went for beans and the state of them couldn't bring myself to touch them.
Rank is a understatement. Great staff but shocking food.
Food was lovely, we pre ordered for collection, I was parked up no more than 5-10 minutes before we were on our way home.
We got the 12pc boneless (my wife is a baby) and that was more than enough for us and our daughter. Our dogs even got to have some popcorn chicken.
