Not worth the wait! Me and my daughter hadn’t been to KFC for ages. Total chaos, people waiting over 20 minutes. We waited for over half an hour for 2 wraps but one went missing. Not much in the way of an apology either. Food mediocre. If you want fast food don’t bother going there.
Slowest KFC I have ever been too. An ex KFC employee myself the speed was absolutely disgraceful... Stood for ages before they acknowledged me and took my order. Then waited even longer for my order to be prepared. Standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes.
Their chicken wings look like they were done a lifetime ago!!! Dry, just hot and no flavour!!!!
I discovered a new meal option here which was perfect for lunch. I don't do the burgers and can't eat a bucket but for under £5 I got a couple of bits of chicken and a drink. Spot on. My 8 yr old was pleased with is boneless banquet as well.
The worst KFC we ever had. Service was awful, greens were browns, chicken was rock solid and felt really overcooked. Was in a rush so didn't have time to order again. Will never return, totally not up to scratch.
Terrible behaviour from 2 staff. The famale Staff on till kept calling me mate and when we asked if there were any hot wings ready she replied "yes mate, back there mate, dunno how many there are mate, 15, 20 I dunno mate".
No thank you's, no smiles, and very basic transaction interaction even for a fast food establishment.
Although the food from this KFC is renowned for being sub par, the staff that was working during my visit was just terrible beyond terrible.
Just awful...40 minute wait in queue that wasnt really that long then sold out of all bottle drinks and not willing to offer a tap alternative. Then asked to wait another 7 minutes for our chicken to cook. Its supposed to be fast food. Instead I went to macdonalds next door and queued, ordered 3 meals, and get it all within 5 minutes! Oh yea plus one of the members of staff was too busy abusing his mates who came to take the mickey out of him for having a good, unacceptable behaviour and language infront of children. Totally and utterly disapointed its a shame I cant give half a star as giving 1 is being kind.
