Some great designer shops if you have the cash to splash. Lovely gardens but why do they charge £7.50 to view? Will only take 5 minutes to walk around.

Beautiful setting to enjoy shopping and a bite to eat, the cafe and food options are really good.

The brand portfolio in the shops is premium, Kilver has always set this standard with the original Mulberry factory outlet store driving traffic to such a remote spot.

Prices are still quite premium for an outlet I would say so you could find yourself leaving empty handed!

The discounts are not as good as Bicester Village for premium/luxury or nearby Clarks Village which is not comparable in terms of quality.

Go for a nice morning/afternoon out, maybe find a bargain if you hunt well!!

Lovely gardens but paths very slippery close to waterways

Only Mulberry (not visited but website says is there), Toast and Yves Delorme left but got some incredible bargains at Toast so can't complain! Sign said gardens open Mon, Wed and Fri but you have to pre-book (Oct 2022).

Kilver Gardens are spectacular, with the view of the magnificent viaduct and the immaculate gardens you will not find a better place to spend a few hours.

Awful , stoped for lunch , restaurant was being refurbished, so we went to the cafe which seemed quite nice but had sold out of most of the hot food ordered a sausage and mushroom bap which was served cold didn't want to complain because of the stinkeye the main waitress\ manager was giving us . As for the shops overpriced end of line stuff . Sad to say a disappointing day out .

Restaurant poor; Gardens good; Shops very good.

We visited Sharpham Pantry Restaurant for breakfast. Tea is simplicity itself to brew - just a tea bag in boiling water - but ours took 15 minutes to arrive; our standard breakfasts took 35 minutes. Read on for details...

Good: the restaurant is set in a nice old industrial building, decorated with faux industrial detail, and using mismatched domestic cups and plates for a homely feel. The designer has talent. And the wait staff were polite.

Poor: uncomfortable chairs; unsteady table; no salt and pepper - or sauce until we asked. We ordered 2 teas, full English breakfast and scrambled eggs. The small piece of toast with the scrambled eggs had no butter; several elements of of the full English were overcooked and its small piece of toast was dry, brittle and tasteless - if you're making a feature of your "spelt bread", why would you allow this out of the kitchen?

Unacceptable: The restaurant was not very busy, but the system was a shambles - lots of staff, friendly enough, but working very ineffectively. The customers were all waiting far too long. Food was ugly and dumped on the plate with no garnish (see pictures). We saw orders taken to the wrong tables, and when we went to pay, the manager was the only one who could find our order or operate the till.
