They didn't have what I needed a call before I got there and he told me he had what I need it and when I got there it's not what I needed they don't never got what you needed be supply stores ain't like they used to be anymore used to be able to get a lot of hair now it's less hair and it's so expensive smh
They never open on time and they never close on time.. they open and close when they feel like it . They don’t have a good selection of things and this is sad because they are the only beauty supply and Bloomington.

So there's a 3 day return policy I bought two types of hair not sure which one I would need. I couldn't make the hour and 10 minutes drive today before going to work, I bought this hair on Monday and they are closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday so I politely asked if I could please make the trip Friday and the young woman who answered the phone would not let me speak to the owner about this she also decided to leave me on hold for a while only to come back on the phone again I was polite saying yes ma'am just for her to hang up on me. Honestly the disrespect of these kids today is phenomenal SMH
Believe the reviews that say the workers at this store are terrible. They are not lying. At all ???? This is the worst beauty supply store I have ever been to, and considering that I’m from Chicago I’ve been to a lot. First time visiting, I walk in and someone behind the counter tells me to leave my book bag upfront. Cool. I wait to hand it to her so that she can put it somewhere safe. After 6 customers she tells me to, “Just sit it down” and walks away, so I grab my wallet out of it and sat it behind the counter so no one will take it. I go look for my item, and as I walk away I hear a loud thud from her moving my book bag and throwing it on the floor in front of the counter where anyone can walk away with it. Keep in mind I am a student coming from school, and I have an almost $2000 laptop in my book bag that she just threw on the ground ????
They did not have the item I was looking for. I grab my book bag to leave, but supposedly they have to unlock the door for customers to leave. She unlocks the door and slams it behind me ????. It’s 2021 no one says ratchet anymore, but I have to because that’s exactly what this store is due to the workers making it that way.

If I could leave NO stars I would. I walked into the store, straight to the check-out counter, and wasn't greeted at all. Both sales ladies kept on with their conversation in front of me while I waited to be assisted. I had questions about the type inventory pieces they carried and was planning on purchasing. The lady at the counter let 5 customers who already their items in hand cut in front of me, so she could decrease her line, but she could've just answered all my questions since I was in line before all of them and then moved on to the other customers behind me. Terrible customer service. I ended up walking out of the store without purchasing because I knew they didn't care about me as a customer. This was my first time in the store and I am definitely not thinking about returning from the awful service I received. Makes all Black Owned Businesses look bad. I would NOT recommend wasting your time here at all.

So she said she was supposed to open at 12pm I get there early because my previous appointment got out earlier than expected and I didn’t want to go all the way home to go back out. 12pm comes around and it isn’t open so I’m like okay ill give her a few minutes and then 10 minutes later I see her get out of her car to go finally unlock the door and I asked her if she was open and all she did was roll her eyes and says “when I’m ready” as if she wasn’t the one that was late lol they give business licenses to just anybody these days.
