I really liked my nails and the young lady that did them but what they charged me for a fill and gel polish was outrageous. $55 to start plus nail replacement fee and cut down fee and then more for gel polish, ugh That's is crazy, nobody's work is worth that. Im driving to Utica now to get them done and there work was just as good for half the price plus not to mention gas prices. It's very disappointing when you want to shop locally but it's just not affordable.
Couldn’t get into regular place, the rating was good so we tried here. My dip is so thick and lumpy, it’s not smooth at all. She took the dip up to my skin and then drilled the skin off and all my cuticles are raw. My hands were covered in my old dip from the way she removed the polish and they weren’t cleaned, no lotion, or massaged. It’s been less then 24 hours and most of my nails have scraped,/ scratched which I’ve never experienced with dip nails. Where I work we are aggressive on our hands and mine last two weeks give or take. My pedicure she barely scrubbed my foot and she put a rough file on my toenails and once she painted them they are all textured and not smooth. I’m so disappointed at the money I spent and how terrible they look, feel, and short they lasted.
I went in for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I was cut multiple times; one of the cuts is actually a gash out of my pinky. The nail technician giggled whenever I would pull my hand back in pain from being cut by her. My nails are not the same length nor are they shaped straight. The special polish that cost me $15 extra started to wear off the night I got them done. After bringing concerns to the nail technician, I received $5 off of a $60 acrylic nail fill in. I have never paid more than $35 for a fill in, and I have never received such poor service. After bringing my concerns to their attention, I was told it was my fault for not saying something to the nail technician (although it isn’t my job to decide if my nails are done properly by the person whose job it actually is to ensure they are done properly.) I only went to this nail salon because it is the closest to where I currently live, however, I would rather drive 45 minutes to a nail salon where I’m treated decently. I would advise not going here unless you want to be hurt, made fun of, and leave with a bad manicure.
