I've been coming here for about 3yrs, started out with just getting my eyebrows waxed. Really good and gets them done how I like. Now I've been getting my nails done for about 6months, first Andy helped me from a disaster and Anthony has been my nail guy ever since, he's very detail, cautious, not rough, he's got great hands!!!! I def recommend this place, ask for Anthony.
I usually have a good experience here but I came in last weekend for a manicure & the nail tech made me feel bad for wanting to get regular nail polish. I told him I didnt want gel because I was going to get acrylics this weekend & he didnt care. I ended up doing gel & it was just so rushed/messy. Im extremely dissatisfied with my visit
The lady that did my nails was so nice and took her time. Literally I walked in needing a fill and was immediately sat down and taken care of! Then the cherry on top of my service was I left my AirPods on the counter and drove off in middle of driving away the guy chased my car down to return them! Definitely coming back here for just the customer service alone!
For starters the have a set price of cheap but anything extra is over charged. I went in for a 18$ fill in and I’m the end was charged 35$ I’m guessing the matte color was a separate change. My the painting on my nails are very blotchy and wavy. Not a smooth polish at all. And one of the nails were over filed because the entire nail is uneven.
Nails were great. Pedicure bad. My heals are still thick with callus and my toes only painted no trimming of cuticles
They have potential, they need to listen to request. I said I didn't want them long (because of work) and he didn't want to cut more because they wouldn't look good . Now I gotta go somewhere else to get them trimmed . I was too embarrassed to tell them again , since he declined the 1st time.
My nail tech actually listened to me when I told him of the awful experience I had at another salon. My nails today look absolutely amazing and I couldn't be more grateful for the service I received today. I will most definitely be returning to have my nails done again! Thank you!
WORST set I have ever gotten. They were so bad. I mean just look at the pictures. Never again. I literally got home and took them off. I did not like AT ALL. Waste of $55
