I am on chemo therapy and I have only have 10% hair left when I called the shop. My head was very sensitive at that time but the hair was patchy and not making me look well-I need it shaved off. I was hesitant to get it done for safety and hygienic reasons because of my immunity reasons...
I spoke to Ralph and he immediately said come in we will take care of you - I came in and he as promised took very good care of me as he really knows what I needed as a cancer client. He was very respectful and professional through out. He carefully buzz off the left over hair and gave me a wonderful scalp care... it was very kind of him to not only take care of my head and most of all tried to support my spirit “now there is your new you!” And he didn’t no just did a great service but gave it to me as his gift!! Without expecting anything but to give - thank very much you Mr. Ralph
