Galaxy nails is the BEST! They are so accommodating and want their customers to be happy with the services they receive. I came in the other day and my nails didn’t turn out how I’d hoped. I called them today and the manager, Jessica, immediately apologized and asked if I could come in so she could fix them. I was able to go in and she fixed it right there on the spot. She was so kind & friendly and now I have cute summer nails that I absolutely LOVE! 10/10 recommend.
I have been coming to GN for almost four years now and they never disappoint! They take their time and I bring in new designs all the time and they’re never bothered by the request. They’re the best nail salon I’ve ever used. Ask for Nancy. She works Tues-Sat all day and gives the BEST massages!
The nail Tech I got was so sweet! she went above and beyond to fix my nails. they were so horrible before, she took off the old ones and replaced them. They are all the same shape, the same length, the shellac painting is impeccable.
Kin did an amazing job! This is a silver to dark grey ombre with glitter coffin nails! He was super nice and gave great customer service! I will definitely be coming here again!
i had the worst experience at another nail salon in cwood and i was really upset about it. i came here to get them fixed and brandy did a WONDERFUL job. she was sweet, fast and the customer service is amazing. i am so happy with my nails and recommend this place 10000000%!
Tina was fabulous. She did exactly what I wanted. Didn’t feel any pressure. She was very skilled and kind. Salon was very clean and well lit. The bathrooms were clean and fabulous as well.
Prices are fair and getting in was fast. Great and talented service.
Este lugar me lo recomendó una amiga. Fui con Tea y es excelente su trabajo es genial. pero la segunda vez que fui mi experiencia fue mala tenía cita y tuve que esperar más de una hora y no fui atendida. Además tengo el presentimiento que un hombre que trabaja ahí hizo un comentario transfóbico Lugo de haberme visto llegar (cosa que hizo en su idioma y ellos empezaron a reír el hombre sale en la foto y está de camisa blanca ) es desagradable esta experiencia
Annie, Viet, Tina, Nancy and all of the other nail technicians are excellent! I keep going back to Galaxy because they take pride in their work, they work hard, and are efficient and kind. I love the Gel X option as it keeps my nails strong and beautiful.
