My mother went there for a regular manicure and in three days 4 nails the polish has totally come off. She went back and had it replaced and they said it didn't stay because it's not gel. When she went back the last time they told her not to come back. Needless to say they've lost very loyal customers.

I had white gel polish on my nails. An older woman soaked my feet in the pedicure water and proceeded to use the cuticle trimmer to peel the gel polish of this destroying the toe nail bed. I could see all the ridges and dents left on the nail bed through the white polish. She should have used acetone instead. The polish job that was done by a younger woman was sloppily done. She also tried to convince me that peeling it off is what they normally do. I find that very hard to believe. Nevertheless, I won’t be back and I do not recommend this place. There is a reason for the low 3.8 rating.

I used to go there all the time but decided to give my naiks a 2 year break went back New Years Eve the wait was like 10 minute's if that. And like before they did a awesome job

I have had bad experiences getting my eyebrows waxed and am always afraid to try new places but my eyes brows REALLY needed some love. I didn't catch her name but I've gotten a few mani pedis here before and she is always there.

I can't express to you how HAPPY I am!! She did an amazing job! My eyesbrows are perfect! It's crazy how much of a confidence booster having nice eye brows can be! I will definitely be returning.????

Having driven down from CT, my usual place could not fit me in for a refill. My friends neighbors recommended this place. I called and was able to get an appt. I got an appointment right away. The young man that did my nails was Awesome!!! Great job.

Well I don't know where to start. Was soooo excited to get my nails done . Since it had been almost 7 years. I made an appointment first thing when they opened up only to find out when I got there, they weren't open. So here we are ( my mother in law and I) and this vehicle pulls up and suddenly a boom. A woman gets out and hits my car with her door. Needless to say the young man which looked to be her son was laughing about it. I am a forgiving kind of person and tend to let stuff go. But when she didn't apologize for it. I was quite upset. That would have been the first thing out of my mouth. So then......this is the best part they both work at Henry Nails the same place I was going. If I didn't know better the woman is an owner since she was giving the orders to all the other employees. I would never go there again. The same young man did my nails and they looked good to start but after he was done he started someone else's nails and just left me there. I did full set with gel and they look terrible after one week. I was hoping to make amends considering how upset I was when my car was hit but didn't show it. I thought well let's try this again and it sucked. They must have been embarrassed and just wanted to get us out of there . So I go to World Nail Salon and they are awesome.

Unfortuantely, I have recently had to change my review from one that I posted a few months back. The last three visits have been terrible experiences here. Funny, how you do them a favor and give them a good review and then the next time you come back they are lacking in customer service, cleanliness and politeness in so many ways!! They rush through doing your nails, and then while buffing your nails slice open your finger in the process. Not acceptable!! I wont be coming back.
